They don’t let you withdraw any winnings without asking for virtually impossible levels of proofs to withdraw. It’s draconian . At one point they clearly stated I had to send them documents from the email address on file, and (you’ll never believe it) the email I’ve used for decades that’s in the memory of every device’s auto populate settings is all of a sudden missing a period between my first and last name, the typo undoubtably caused by whatever bot or person populated the form into which I autofilled my email address when I signed up.

They are crooks who ask no questions when they take your money but make you jump hoops to get it. After numerous attempts to bark up the grapevines of customer service via telephone, email, and chat to receive only euphemistic non-answers involving delay and fake attempts at empathy, I poured over their terms and conditions because I was looking to withdraw my $600 in winnings (which was quite helpful for my financially strained life), talked about a lawsuit out of an emotional reaction, and boom!

All of a sudden, I receive an error that their website is not available to access in my country. Really? I had gambled for days on the site. I tried from my laptop, same thing. I haven’t tried from a public computer yet, but my guess is that an attempt to log into my username and email will result the same. I tried a VPN and I could pull the website up, but putting in my username and password would prompt the error, so I sent more emails to Customer Service and I’ve gotten nothing back… the irony lies in the fact that they are still sending me promotional emails about the wonderful experiences and riches I can get on their site! Boy, if it were really that wonderful and not some hack operating a fraudulent business in a fictional WorldWideWonderweb of crooks.

This is the biggest scam. It’s easy to win, but you will not be able to receive your winnings. Customer service will come up with one excuse after another and why not to pay you out. First, they might say that you have to have a crypto account, their crypto account set up is impossible. They then ask you to verify your information with government issued ID, bank statements, deposits that you’ve made into your bank, etc. They will then deny you because they do not do business with your particular bank or financial institution. They will not send you a check because that option is not available at this time. Then I asked to have the money put back into my account so I could continue to play their games. That request was denied because my “winnings“ were not eligible because I had played Baccarat. If this game is on their system, why is it not eligible and why do they not tell you stay away from this site? Slots of Vegas is nothing but a big rip off. when you contact them, they will give you a confirmation number, which is no good. Your messages are only kept for 30 days at a time so unless you print them off, they are erased. And then you have nothing, but of course you’re not getting anything anyway. My original deposit of $30 was put back into my account however I have no access to it other than to play their games which they will not pay out.

If there was a 0 star or negative, I would have gave them that. The withdrawal process is impossible. They make it too hard for you not to be able to pull your money. They ask for some info that has nothing to do with withdrawal. It’s a scam. I highly recommend people to stay away from this site.

A couple years ago the Virtual Brand Casinos used to make payments faster, have they experienced new ownership? The chat agents are not empowered to assist outside of the terms and conditions. When you have seasoned players that have been playing for years and have experienced issues, usually about our money we recognize smooth processes verses the we have to escalate the process from approval to payment then to when is my payment coming like Im an employee.. it's unacceptable. In the last 3 months ive had a pretty nice run with about 10 withdrawals all under Virutal Brand sister Casinos including this one and every one of them have been exactly what i just explained. Then you contact chat with wait times thru the roof most the time and emails get no response. I quit playing with them(they sucked me back in..hahaha) because, if we have to follow their terms they should as well. I do not like sneaky business tactics like waiting until your withdrawal is outside the 10 business day timeframe to approve your withdrawal and then making the Players wait another 7-10 business days to get paid but based on their approval date not your original submission date. 4.Terms and Conditions need to be written with Transparency and not all the confusing verbiage they use.
5. Online gaming is convenient, but remember we can go back to walking in the Casino like we did Pre-covid.

I have won well over $20,000 - they change the rules every time you try to withdraw. Even if you follow every single thing they request they find something new to avoid paying.
