How would I rate this app if I didnt have to hit one star i would even give one star. This site is fraudulent and for everyone that is waiting weeks or months report them to the gaming commission cuz thats what im doing. I've been waiting for about a month for my payout and they keep giving me the run around. The more people that report them to the gaming commission the higher odds for this casino to be shut down for fraud. Let shut this site down people cuz this is bullshit!!!

I’ve been waiting for a pay out withdrawal for 3 months. 1st said I need to download bank documents, then balance is too low in my bank account. How can they dictate how much of a balance in your account..now the lie is account can’t be new, when my account has been open well over a year. Horrible, making me jump through hoops just to try and withdraw 500 bucks, telling me the only option available to me to withdraw is by wire and they don’t accept Chase Bank, a top 10 bank in the US. How long and how many bank accounts is it going to take for me to get my money?

I have been waiting over a month to receive my winnings. I have gotten the runaround and am still waiting. I have also noticed that the cards I used here are now receiving fraudulent charges. Quite the disaster.

Total SCAM!!! Deposited $300 within the first 20 days. After winning, tried to make a withdrawal of $300 & never got it. Requested multiply times by email & site, fulfilled all protocols for identification & withdrawal & no payment & no response other than an automatic email responder stating a rep will respond within 72 hours. Nothing. I was robbed online!

Do NOT play here. i'll keep things simple- won large amount of money. they refused to pay and instead refunded my initial deposit claiming i never paid to play there, therefore my winnings were false. skip this scam go somewhere else

I had no problem with the verification process but I won $150 and they only have me$16 of it. I was in the middle of a game an a message came up saying that the administrator had stopped my game and took my remaining funds. Customer service isn't an option the link doesn't work. So the$10 that I had to deposit (they said was refundable) was the only money I got back out of all of my winnings. I checked my transactions and there's 5 admin fees totaling all my winnings besides my $10 deposit. Is there anything I can do like report them to some one? This scam shouldn't be allowed! WATCH OUT FOR THIS SITE, IT'S A SCAM!!!!

Initiated my withdrawal on the 9th after submitting (multiple times) my documents. Their site they use to verify your ID and such is a PoS. Said they couldn't verify my ID so I had to send a different form of proof. The only other option they gave me was a license, which I dont have. Customer service had me send the front and back of both my payment method and my ID to them, and then a selfie of me holding my ID, with both my arms visible. I had to send these twice. Finally after that I was verified and could withdraw. The said it takes 10 days to be approved and then another 10 days to receive my funds. If your looking for casino that actually pays you quickly, this ain't it. Im starting to wonder if they are gonna pay me at all....

Have selected to withdraw 6 times, via bank once and bitcoin 5 times. Do not waste your money, this casino is definitely a scam

Slots of vegas is just like any other casino they have rules an those rules have to be followed to the tee. Especially when it comes to free be"s , the cash out process can be kinda slow at times but it's my experience that they do pay. Of course if you receive any kind of extra money from them respect to have that money deducted from your winnings but there no difference then any other casino. There customer service is on point. They get back to you pretty quick. If you make a deposit it been my experience all but a little slow sometimes, they do payout. Your best payout method would be Bitcoin but I'm trying out coindraw this go round, which is suppose to be much faster I'll up date you when the verdict comes in. Total Scam, stay clear of this website. They draw you in with their deposit bonuses but once you've deposited you will never get that money back. I deposited $100 and got a 375% match so I had $475 to play with. It was a no playthrough restricted bonus. So I just had to play the funds once through to earn the funds. I ended up doing well, got my account up to about $800 and had played well over $475 on slots. I got board with slots and went and played some live dealer and did alright there too. I decided it was time to withdraw some funds. They told me because my funds were part of a bonus and it was against the rules to play live dealer with bonus funds, I would not be able to receive my funds. Even though in my account before I went to play live dealer it showed that my funds were mine and available for withdrawal. Prior to that it showed they were still bonus funds and couldn't be claimed. So I decided to add more funds to my account and not use a bonus so the funds were mine. I went and played live dealer again and dii really well. I then proceeded to try to withdraw those funds. To witch I was told, because my bonus fund winnings weren't depleted, the new funds were added on top of those and I was now not allowed to withdraw those winnings either. This place is a complete scam. They will hold you money hostage and use any little trick they have in their small print to make sure you don't get you money.

I hit around 8500 one day on wild hogs and tried and tried to cash out and they kept giving me the run around it seemed like it was just another scam like all these other platforms. So I played it out pissed off cause of waisting a whole Saturday. Then weeks later I had them calling me phone trying to get me to play but I was to mad about the incident to waste my money again. Then about a month ago I played again and won a small amount and cashed it out 20 days later which is just dumb to wait that long for payment. But I still havent even come close to getting back my investment. I think all these inclave casinos are rigged and linked to each other! I'm still skeptical weather it's a scam or it's legit I shall find out soon enough!

I would also leave zero stars if I could because this site is a scam. Beware! Do not trust this site. I went through their verification process and within hours had unknown charges on my account. Then someone stole my license and credit card. They made a charge on my credit card for 442$ i immediately stopped my card and called the police. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. And definitely do not put any of your personal information. Use a more credible gambling site like draft kings.

if I could give this a negative star rating I would do not believe that you can cash out within 24 hours or anywhere even close to that they state that on one of the agreements that you agree to that it tells it takes 14 days before they even process a withdrawal and then another 14 days before they'll pay it out and at that people most ly give up and forget about their money I'm sure. I would never ever deposit money here again I even tried just so they wouldn't think that I was a bot, because I was reading some of the reviews and one of the customer support or whatever answered or review and said that they were able to get there withdrawal because they never deposited again which is complete and utter b******* if that's how you're justifying who is real and who isn't then maybe you should let people win more often
and give them their money within a reasonable amount of time you're able to take my money immediately but it takes you 2 weeks to give it back how would it take you two weeks to get it from me and then you can justify that giving it back
