I would leave zero stars because they're not even worth a half a star they are the worst scamming company I've ever dealt with. They don't pay out anything they don't honor their terms and agreements. They take weeks to handle a situation and then they throw you under the bus and take all your winnings and say you can't have them. They are absolutely a scam and a fraud.

This is my second time trying to cash out with slot of Vegas, first one took almost a month and got the run around. I decided to give it a second chance because I thought that I did it once and should be easier second time but no. They still ask for so much verification when it’s the same information. I keep turning in stuff and apparently I still get the same email asking for the same stuff again. I been emailing my stuff almost every day because they keep asking for the same stuff. So I have not gotten anywhere with them. I do not recommend this website if you want your money. Even their partner slot captain jack, it takes forever.

So I had a $1200 pending payout right that one outright it was withdrawal and everything I had all my documents sent in and all that good stuff but then I want to start requesting more documents and then I send in all the documents so once I send them all in they wanna tell me that they’re kicking me off the casino site and they took my $1200 from me. I’m telling you it’s a scam you don’t wanna play.

They are a fraud.
I have won over 15000 there and they drag you along telling you to send this document and bank statement then deny your withdrawl and give no explanation as to why.
Once they said it was my bank account then I sent in 3 different accounts.
Then they said I couldn’t do bitcoin because I didn’t have enough transactions…. It goes on and on
I have been trying since Nov and I’m done with them.
Fake and fraudulent is what they should be called. I’m speaking with my attorney about them.

I have $1500 held up in withdrawal because 1) they don’t issue checks 2) Can’t use a credit union to withdraw money 3) Can’t withdrawal using bitcoin because I used a card to purchase on their site. They also will take $200 out of this withdrawal because I used a bonus code when purchasing coins.

After I use my cash app card to purchase sweepstakes coin I played and won went to cash out then they give me a list of task I have to do in order to receive my winning
They wanted my license took a picture of it and it passed . They did live check facial identification passed they wanted my bank account into that accepts international ACH . And if I was one number off they said that my winning would be confiscated .
I m a gambler plays to win nothing worse then playing and winning but never getting my winning do to legalities . They should never accept my payment only to give me B's when I come to collect my winning .

DO NOT TRUST SLOTS OF VEGAS! I deposited 50 won a little over 5 thousand, I gave them copies of all my documents verifying my identity and all my money disappeared! I give these scammers a negative 10.

Do not use this site. Got my bet back bonus and turned it into 700 from 20 bucks. I tried to withdraw from withdrawable balance and they said it’s not eligible even through I won it in the live casino, and the only way to make money again is to remove the 700 and deposit new money. So 4 hours of live blackjack thinking I was making money was just for fun. Do not use this site

Absolute thieves. Would not honor a withdrawal based on the fact that my initial play was on a bonus code (no deposit). But after 5 additional deposits they said my original sign up code did not allow me to play video poker. So I guess that applies forever? Yet they also allowed me to play and LOSE at video poker the first 4 deposits

Spent hours making a few hundred out of the no deposit bonus. Spent a few more hours meeting the requirements to cash out providing the correct documents and even a Litecoin deposit. Everything looked good and they said they were processing my withdrawal. Only got the litecoin verification deposit back, and was told I previously had an account there before? Don't think so, must have been someone with the same phone number or some similar information. So they basically owe me $300 but they're not going to pay. I would recommend never to play here and stick with bovada, which is the most trusted as far as I'm concerned.

If I only could give negative stars. This casino has proven to be in the top 10 for most grimy operation and practices. The terms and conditions contain conditions they fail to alert you of when you accept offers for free coins snd spins on their site. They offer a free coin amount for signing up. They also offer you another smaller free coin amount in your rewards that are immediately available for you to take advantage of. In the details and info when accepting offers they fail to inform you that you can't utilize 2 free coin offers in a row without a deposit between them or it voids your ability to withdraw any winnings you make off said free coin offer. Instead they bury it in their whole site terms and conditions so even those that peruse them would have a difficult time catching that without reading the entire thing word for word. Grimy practices and unethical operations geared to loophole snake their way out of paying out winnings. On top of all of that they conveniently aren't able to locate the deposit that I made that ive got proof of having made and because it is litecoin it is irreversible and there's nothing I can do to recover that now either. They totally got me... super duped me.

I only play slots and I won over 3k yes I see the reviews about the withdrawal with the bank that’s why I had to do Crypto it’s %100 better and faster get it in a few days , only thing I can complain about is the Playthrough it’s awfully higher than the bonus they match with you so I would say deposit with crypto so you can withdraw with crypto use (CoinBase) and don’t do them promotion unless u wanna do them playthrough , but other than that you can really make money on here

Do not send a penny to these people! 7-10 days they claim to cash out, but on day 2 they ask me to verify my residency , they are scammers, do not send money

I I won about $700 and when I went to cash out the allowed five hundred dollars I went through picture after picture looking to give them verification and then I read these reviews and I'm guessing this is a scam. My bank refused charges they tried to make on my card, thank goodness. I cancelled my card but they have my information. I know better to check reviews first and did not. This was my own stupidity.

Only because I could not give them a zero. I deposited money and won. For two weeks waited for the money to be transferred. Only to find out I had to fill out this long list of question including my banking information. After sending against my good conscience I was told my bank does not take transfers for them and I had to open up an account with chase, keep the account for at least two months, show 15+ transactions and of course have a positive balance. I asked to speak to someone but they said their phone system is not working. Hmmm. So wrote a long email to an account I found on one of these sites and took a $500 btc withdrawal, one time only and for only that amount. I went back tonight and played blackjack. It was amazing how many times the dealer got blackjack or 20. Yes, I’m saying with my login, the fix was in to stop me. So they did. I gave them the rest of the money owed and will never step foot into that website again. My sole purpose is to keep others from going there and losing money. If you need help let me know here.
