What takes so long on withdraw I put in for withdraw on the 11th it's now the 17th and there telling me it's another 7 to 10 days before ill see it. Bad business

HORRIBLE STAY AWAY DO NOT SPEND A PENNY.

a. Their promotional offers all require a 30x playthrough. Meaning 0% chance you see a penny of it.

B. Their support is insanely slow, they say 24/7 but you get an automated response letting you know 72+ business hours to respond (which i doubt they ever will)

C. Their gaMes dont have any buy the special, insanely low hit rate, and don't play right.

::what i mean is i hit a 0.60 special and landed a minor jackpot of 12.00[anywhere else a .60 minor would be like 125]. I landed an additional 7.xx.

Quit using a bank account if you want paid! I got paid over 600.00 in bit coin! It took a little while but they sent it. Also talking trash and pissing them off puts you on the back burner! Not a problem with this facility

If you start winning they will drop your "player class" and cancel any withdraw requests you have and make you redo the requests. Once you redo them it takes at least a month to get your money and you have to remind them after the first 2 weeks. They don't want to pay you so they make you jump their hoops. I think they do this to also get you to play on one of their sister websites that pays out within an hour. The only problem with those websites is it's impossible to win. They 100% control when you win or lose and if you win it's almost impossible to get your money.

When it came time to withdrawing my money they said that they couldn't use the same card they couldn't wire it back to my bank they couldn't as a favor to me use coinbase and even though it says they can send out a check that is false. It's just another angle for them to hold on to your money and not pay you out there dishonest they are cheap and you're never going to get your money back it's like stealing from you don't ever use this platform and I hope this platform goes under again I say they're cheap they're dishonest and they have bad intentions

This is an awful casino absolutely awful. I won a ton of money and I can’t get them to wire me my money. I provided three different bank information with wire instructions and all were denied.

First of all I’ve been playing for years. I’ve never hit a jackpot. How could that be hours and hours a day thousands of dollars and not one jackpot. I don’t think anyone’s hit a jackpot. It’s just there to take your money. Secondly, you could play games $200 worth of spins and not get one bonus. Yes this is rigged to the max and thirdly. You guys have the worst withdrawal time I’ve ever seen it takes over 30 days to get paid but when we play you take our money right upfront don’t you comes right out of our account but 30 days people to get paid you guys are absurdly ridiculous and I hope we can all get together and do something to close these casinos down California already been SC coins. 2nd GO around! This time around I was very hopeful that this would be a smooth transaction because I recieved a confirmation saying my withdrawal was excepted on would be processed with within 3 to 5 business days. That is not the case today. Now I’m told they are going to take $150 out of my 350 for whatever reason. It doesn’t matter to me but the fact that I’m getting different messages from different people are disturbing. I also have a 3rd withdrawal for $500 and it’s not looking promising. I will keep you ALL updated.

It's a scam. They are taking our money and not paying anyone our winnings. We need to get a lawyer .

Update: They never paid out and put the $375 back as funds to play with. Why bother when they will not pay. I just deleted the app.

I spent two days with Customer Service asking about my withdrawals. I have provided more than enough information than they asked for. I chose their bank options which aligned with mine. Provided every number possible and the response is the same. Oh that bank isn’t valid. Well, yes it is, it’s on your list and I triple confirmed with my bank that they accept the wire transfers. They also tried the line of mixed spins, bonuses etc. I proved that theory wrong too. Next they tell me to open another bank account or do bitcoin or coin draw. They’re not transparent, they will change their narrative so you will not get your money. Valuable lesson learned. Thank goodness I didn’t invest much. However, my winnings, still pending is only a mere $1500.

Won over $600 tried to cash out qnd have to get verified. Opted for a mailed check. It said 8 days to process the request. After that waited another 2 weeks with no check. Contacted support and they wanted a utility bill, bank account #, routing #, and matching bank statements. All this after a verified driver's license. I refused to give the information and they said that my winning wouldn't be sent without all of that information... it's complete scam do not use or trust this site.

Personally I wouldn't trust this "casino" to run a hotdog stand. They are scammers and that's me saying it nicely. They won't pay out. If u win. Goodluck to u cause it's legit as good as monopoly money. No real value to them. The fact they don't have instant withdrawals in 2026 is the craziest thing I have ever heard of. Almost all legit casinos pay out 24hr window most are instant. They aren't gonna pay u out. They just there to collect money and that's it. Run away
