My cat Pooh was diagnosed with severe hypothyroidism last fall, and lost a lot of weight . The vet told me a lot had to do with the awful canned food on the market. I tried sooo many “top quality” brands at my local chain pet store, but found that I was returning most because she would eat them. I saw Smalls on a Facebook feed, and I decided to give them a try. SHE LOVED IT! She stopped losing weight, and eagerly kept eating their food. She loved the pig best. Unfortunately, the disease took its toll on her, and devastated our family when she passed. I contacted the company to cancel my monthly order, they not only cancelled, but credited my account for that box since it was already shipped. They told me to either donate it or give to friends to try. I received so many condolences from their company and they even sent me a beautiful plant and adorable planter in memory of my Pooh. I can’t say enough about this company to all of my friends and family. Truly wonderful people work here with this fantastic cat food! It may have seemed pricey at first, but knowing my little girl loved this food which made her so happy her last few months was well worth it. Thank you Smalls for everything!

smalls has the worst customer service i was trying totry the product with there small sample starter. not realizing there would automatically set you up with 140.00 subscription. contacted them canceled and even though they havent even shipped the food they refuse to refund what kind of crap is that. SCAM. My cats wont even eat this food. Terrible customer service

I have 2 male cats (7 and 8 years old) One ultra picky and the other one over indulgent!… my “ultra picky kitty” (and stubborn!!) took a bit longer to adapt and, for a few days, he refused to touch his Smalls meals … thankfully he totally came around and now devours his smalls meals (some recipes more than others but he does eats everything). My “over-indulgent kitty” used to constantly meow for food and i have seen such a significant improvement, i can’t believe it. He feels so much more satisfied and doesn’t constantly cry for more anymore! Such a win! I have noticed them cuddling more (full disclosure : they had a good relationship prior to eating Smalls meals). As a cat mom, not only am i happy with the quality of the food) but i also really enjoy their website (phone friendly) and how easy it is to edit my orders content and delivery frequency.

My sample box came very quick and was
Packed with dry ice so I did not have to worry about it sitting outside. My kitty gets really excited when it is meal time.
He prefers the smalls fresh foods , especially the pulled meats. It gives me great joy to see my kitty happy.

Experience very good. Everything was easy to understand. Unfortunately, my rescue cat refused to eat the food. I thought it looked great, and I was so disappointed with her refusal. Tried several times.

I had been in touch with the SMALLS office for a "small" concern. The communication from customer service could not have been better. A great company begins and ends with Exceptional Customer Service. 10-STARS!!! Plus, the food is the healthiest cat food to keep my 19 year old girl, living as healthy as possible. EXCELLENT!

This is only food I have been able to transition to without my cat vomiting or having diarrhea issues. I did not have to slowly introduce the new food. They said go ahead and try it cold turkey, I was nervous but did it and did Not have one issue!! Yay! My kitty loves it and I know he is getting the best and cleanest food!

My cat looks better than she has in a long time (13 year old tri color tabby). Still working on what her "fave" flavor is - but I feel this food is nutritionally dense and is helping her feel a lot younger. The Bird Nip is EXCEPTIONAL

I ordered Smalls cat food for my cats in the house and the furals outside. My house cats are so finicky they would not eat it. My furls were very thin, stuff in their eyes and matted fur. They loved the smalls cat food and in no time they started to show weight, clear eyes and beautiful fur.

My cat does not like any of it, and will not eat it

Every time I have a question they answer it immediately. They are very helpful with explaining their food. My cats have enjoyed this for about a month and a half now and I have noticed that they are more frisky. I have a 12year-old cat that now likes playing with my two 2-year-old cats. I have noticed that their fur has become thicker and more glossy and they just look healthier. Thank you so much for the wonderful food

I’ve ordered Smalls for my 3 kitties for a couple of months now. One of them still prefers the old food but I mix it with the Smalls because it is better quality. My cats like the pig flavors the best but I’m ordering beef in the next box and hope that will also be a fave.

Delivery has been easy and fast. I like the healthy product options along with the easy ordering. My cat does not particularly care for the whole fish, but loves the chicken and turkey (bird and other bird) options. We are expanding the menu with the next order to include beef and pork.

I came up short because more cats were interested in the food, and you committed to an earlier delivery. Thank you so much!

You need to test this food first and see if your cat will eat it before paying so much for it to jyst be
throw away.

My kitten absolutely loves Smalls, especially the smooth recipes! The quality of the ingredients and the freshness really stand out, and it makes me feel good knowing she’s eating such a nutritious diet.

Unfortunately, my older cat Agustín was recently diagnosed with kidney disease. Because of that, he now needs a special renal diet. I truly wish Smalls offered a formula suitable for cats with kidney disease, it would be life-changing for so many pet parents who want a more natural option for their cats’ health conditions.

smalls’ customer service and ingredients are incredible. very very appreciate of their support and my kitties love them too🤍 I feel confident that my babies are well fed and nutritionally supported

Smalls has been wonderful for our kitty. She often turned away popular, expensive canned foods. When we first got smalls she did the same, and Smalls customer service was excellent when wanted to cancel the subscription. They did so quickly and easily but urged me to keep trying with the packets I had still…. So I did, and she ended up loving (most of) the flavors! I had to reinstate my subscription and have been happily receiving a box every month since.
