Smartbox were a great experience for us from start to finish. We had to store household goods for 3 months while we underwent renovations. I researched a couple of companies and found Smartbox to be better priced than their competitor. The booking staff were friendly (thanks Liam) and kept us informed at each step. We booked an 11m sq box and mattress protectors (excellent quality) and a trolley. We had 24 hours to fill the box. The guy who picked up and dropped off our Smartbox was friendly and navigated our tight inner West Street well (thanks Barry). I was thrilled when we unpacked our goods that they were dry and had no odour. They had clearly been stored well. Nothing had moved in the box and nothing was damaged. I would definitely use Smartbox again if we needed short term storage.

Smartbox is doing very well from loading up to unload. They are professional in moving house and storage. I have recommended to my friends already

It was such a easy and smooth sailing going through smartbox. From booking. To delivering the box. We load our belongings. And they take it away the next day. No hassle. The storage cages are clean. George the account was always understanding and helpful with late payments. Made things so less stressful. Delivery was easy when dropping off your storage. They would call and let you know they're on their way. And the next day they will take their storage cage away, with no hassle. You didn't have to be home for them to drop it off or when they take it. All you had to do was load and unload your things. So easy. I definitely will use them again in the future.

I called Smartbox and within two hours the Smartbox was at my property ready for loading.
I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Easy and convenient way to store your belongings with minimal damage to items. Only downside was our garage shelves got bent due to possible weight of another container being stored on top.

The team was professional and courteous. The only thing that let them down was that they turned up a few hours later than expected but they did let me know so not a big problem. Overall a very good experience

I first made contact with the company on their website. Resulting to visit the operation centre to discuss my requirements.
The team at the centre was very helpful in offering advices and making booking for my pending move .
The Smartbox arrived on time on the date and was picked up after loaded.
I also ordered another Smartbox two month down the track , absolutely hassle free.
When it was time to return the boxes to our new location the drivers were not only punctual, they were able to manoeuvred the box up a narrow sloped driveway .
All in all , very happy with their services , and highly recommended to anyone who wants a hassle free store and move .

Smartbox is the smartest decision we could have made to help our family with our move. One box took the clutter out of our ho e before open homes to sell, the second and third boxes held our belongings safely whilst we waited for settlement for our new home. Each time, the team who delivered the box, and the team who helped move our belongings into the box were amazing. No fuss, incredibly polite and no detail was missed.
