Very easy to switch and such good value. I use an infinitesimal amount of data and other providers just want to quote for more and more data all the time, which isn't what I need; just reliability at an affordable price.

The signal was amazing for months so I know my area can have good signal when all is working well, I'm sorry you haven't been able to fix whatever the issue is but I've ordered a sim from a different company because I need my phone for work and as a carer of a man with Ms I need good signal so he can contact me, hence I'm borrowing his WiFi as its the only way I have been able to consistently stay in touch with him these past 2 months. Maybe I will come back if you fix the issue as, as I say, when it's working it works great and is a great price. And as an update I'm still using wifi today as signal is non existent for Internet again and hasn't improved since I wrote this. )
This is absolutely ridiculous. Payment for this month went out on the 12th of June. It's now the 6th of July and I would say I've probably had 4 or 5 days of good signal. The rest has been so bad I have to borrow a neighbour's WiFi just to be able to use my phone. This is the second month of this awful service. I kept an open mind that it might improve but it is ridiculously bad. Right now my phone is showing zero signal from smarty. I've spoken to customer support and there is a problem locally with a mast but this is a complete waste of money for me. If I get a weeks worth of signal out of this month's payment I will be surprised.

This company in my experience has tariffs at a good price. The network is good too. They have add-ons where you can use your phone without being overcharged for roaming. I used my phone in Grenada. I didn't need to go out and purchase a SIM. I am happy with Smarty.

I switched to smarty in April, wanting a cheaper service that still gave me good coverage. I've not been disappointed! The coverage in my North west town is as good if not better than my previous EE provider. I'm on an excellent value package that I can change each month if I wanted. Only once in 3 months I had a connection problem which seemed to resolve in a couple of hours.

Overall, I am very satisfied with SMARTY and have had an excellent experience using the service. I consistently enjoy reliable coverage and a strong data connection wherever I travel, which has made it an excellent network for my needs.
The only area I believe could be improved is data coverage in the Isle of Man and Jersey. While calls and texts may be available, mobile data is currently not included in the data allowance for these destinations. As these are popular travel destinations, particularly for UK travellers, it would be a significant enhancement if SMARTY could include both the Isle of Man and Jersey within its standard data coverage.
Adding these destinations to the data pack would make an already excellent service even better.
