Cheap and easy to use

Cheap and easy to use, my Wife, Son and myself are all on Smarty plans which include extra data as a bonus.
Roaming overseas has been seamless with no drop off in signal.
Definately VFM.

cheap rates which do not always provide coverage I do not recommend you to anyone!

Not very user friendly and not able to resolve. 2 things, as a family we have 5 mbl numbers with you set up at different times over time. I have asked for numbers to be merged into one group but you have bern unable to do this. I therfore had to set up with my kids numbers in my mame, my details as I pay the bills. When i need to change plan, it is such a malarkey trying to confirm which account belongs to what info and nothing gets resolved. I've bern going round in circles with this for years and it's becoming very frustrating. The fact that you are only able to communicate via messaging majes it even more irritating. I am seriously contemplating to cancel everything and move to different provider. You apology, say you're sorry but nothing changes. Other than the cheap rates which do not always provide coverage I do not recommend you to anyone!

Good

This was the first time i had visited Europe using my Smarty sim. I wax a little dissapointed as on ny old sim i could make call, but could now only make calls using wattsapp, it wasn't the same. Also not able to do a competition if i want as its sn extra cost. Happy to pay the extra cost but no option to choose this, on the possitive side good network service and good value compared to what i paid before.

Best phone company Smarty amazing

I have been with alot of phone network providers and the only thing they want to do is to put your bill up like 3 and they dont care about you.
Smarty is the first company not only to drop the price but also give good advice and service. I fully recommend them

Horrible network.

Horrible network.. got the promo but can't make a call and I can't find anyone to speak to. They quick in porting my number over to their network but that they don't care, once you are many payment

Cancelled this about 6 months ago. Still they take money from my account despite Emailing them telling them not required. Solicitors letter next I think. Perhaps then I'll get some money back and whatever the solicitor wants to charge added on.

Smarty just works without stress of…

Smarty just works without stress of constant up selling or smoke and mirror pricing. So far have been straightforward and trustworthy which is a relief compared to previous companies. Price service balance is excellent.
