Was expecting a parcel delivered by this company, but didn't receive it, despite being rebooked for delivery 3 times, I am currently waiting for a refund from the seller, I didn't know the company had gone bust until coming on here to leave a negative review.
How are they getting away with it, I don't know who's at fault the seller or smg ?? either way its terrible

This company went bust in July 24 but is still issuing tracking numbers to clients.
Your products won’t ever arrive, you’ve been warned.

Utter joke. Awful site and format, utterly laughable ‘website’ - should have cancelled my order from this alone- was sold a product on a 48hour delivery. SMG (Far from) Direct advise can’t deliver for 8 days… hours before due delivery cancel again for another 7 days… clearly a scam company with no ability or intention of ever delivering, just cancelling the dates until I cancel the order. Absolute muppets.

Supplier advised delivery for 19th January.
SMG messaged on the 11 January that delivery available 12 January.
Driver delivered at 06.42hrs in Brockworth after driving from Derby and he was so helpful and friendly.
I look forward to this company delivering more orders to my house.

Ian delivered my shed today, delivered as promised, really nice guy, very pleasant very helpful.

Brilliant prompt service, left item in desired location as requested due to no one being home.

I received a delivery and very pleased with the service.
I was notified when to expect my item, confirmed with me delivery the day before and given an hour slot.
I received a message when the driver was arriving to inform me he was arriving which was perfect.
The driver was very helpful and as the item was very heavy ensured I was able to manage and placed the parcel in my hall way for me.

Confirmed delivery date and was given a 1 hour time slot. Made arrangements for someone to be there but they decided to come much earlier when nobody was home and so missed the delivery. No phone number to call, no email answers and no response on website chat. Terrible customer service.

The gentleman that delivered my shed was very polite and friendly. There are diversions in the roads leading to mine and even though he ended up going a very long way round he still made my delivery within the allocated time slot. Fast and reliable service. Thankyou

Very efficient courier. Plenty of notification given via email with dates to choose from. Time slot given the night before delivery day and driver phones when he’s on his way.

Was given delivery date by this company of wed 11 may 2022. Waited in all day. They blamed being too busy and changed to fri 13 may 2022. This was for a large shed so had to have another day off work. Yet again non arrival !!.
They then promised a priority delivery slot for wed 18 may 2022. Another days holiday and yet again they failed to deliver. Now say fri 20th may 2022. You cannot ring this company or email as phone number doesn't work, email doesnt exist, their office is permanently closed, and if you are lucky enough to get them to reply on messanger, they are abrupt, rude and thoroughly unprofessional.
Be warned they are from derby area and if you are unlucky enough to have them appointed to deliver your goods you would be better advised to walk to derby and pick them up yourself. OH NO !!!! you cant because their office or depot doesnt exist.
You have been warned. Dont have any involvement and if so cancel. I have eventually had to do that

From start to finish this company has been a pleasure to do business with. They had said upfront that they couldn’t deliver within the property but I had asked if they could because they were delivering a toilet that was quite heavy and I needed help. Throughout all communication with this company they has been attentive, informative and timely. Their website is easy to use. I received notification last night at 7:48 pm that delivery would be this morning between 7:24 am and 8:24 am. I responded on their site to say that I had a doctor‘s appointment at 8:30 and so could they please leave the parcel at the back door. The driver turned up at 7:20 am and put the parcel in my hallway for which I am truly grateful. Their responsiveness to my message last night was almost instantaneous and they were able to get that message through to the driver which I’m so surprised about and obviously so happy. Please do not hesitate to ever use this company they are so good when service industries can be so poor and slightly rude and this company is none of those things and I thoroughly recommend SMG

Yesterday I took delivery of 4 large heavy
Packages,delivered by smg.
From their 1st contact a few days previously
They kept perfectly to their schedule of delivery. Nothing is more frustrating than promises made and not kept.
However the driver Michael T deserves
Extra praise.
On a day when the temperature was hitting 30°,he was totally upbeat,declined help,
Very chatty and PRECISELY ON TIME.
He expressed his love of his job and travelling round the country.
So refreshing to hear.

Prompt, courteous delivery of an important item. This is the first courier driver that I've seen find my (difficult) address on the first attempt, and they did so within about a minute of the start of the delivery window.

A really excellent courier.
I have experienced both delivery and collection. On both occasions the driver has been very pleasant also phoning approximately 15 minutes before arriving.
The information by email was also commendable with a choice of days and an accurate eta
