I had an extremely heavy item delivered by Mark L, he was on time, quick and could not have been more courteous.
My congratulations to SMG Direct for a very good job done.

We have been using SMG for years. Their service is first class and second to non. Our products are fragile bathroom items so could be easily damaged. I would highly recommend you give them a try.

Reece b delivered our parcel this morning and he was very polite and a credit to the company. He rang me the night before to confirm my delivery slot and I asked any chance he could do a little earlier and he said of course. And here he is early as requested. Thanks so much Reece b

SMG Direct is is without a doubt the best delivery service that I have ever come across the driver Selwyn was polite and on time and very helpful indeed he also observed social distancing. I would choose SMG Direct in future for all my deliveries and I would also recommend SMG Direct to all my family and friends. A great service. First Class.

I purchased a brush cutter from E Bay. I was told by the supplier that SMG Direct would be the couriers, I had never heard of them.....but. They informed me by E Mail the night before to advise of the time slot. Fine, I could not be available, so left a message telling them to put the cutter in a car we had left on the drive...key hidden for him, please put cutter in car, and key through letter box, the SMG Direct driver let me know he had arrived, done as I asked, and when he left my premises, job completed....Their service was absolutely first class, I could not ask for better. I recommend them to everyone.

Two items were delivered by SMG Direct. On both occasions delivery drivers were punctual, professional and friendly. It was very positive experience which we would like to share because they deserve it. The best service we've ever had.

Excellent service. The one issue there was was immidiately rectified. In fact they made us aware of the issue before we realised!! Would highly recommend.

Well packaged , arrived on time. My only issue was the free delivery which ended up costing me a tenner as I stay in Scotland.

Really pleased with my basin and vanity unit which looks fantastic and was delivered very quickly, ready assembled. The handles were missing but they dispatched them immediately with apologies so I'm very happy with the service of this company.

Great service. A heavy, boxed item delivered on time and without damage even to the carton. Would trust them again with similar. Tracking could be more sophisticated.

Fast efficient service excellent value for money

I ordered the wrong size vanity unit, but they were really sympathetic, and arranged pick up of this and delivered the correct size, and refund was swiftly organised. We are thrilled with our purchase.
