Hi. Thank you for the review. I have just checked the order and we delivered a "C/C TOILET", not a basin and pedestal. There was no discrepancy on the delivery, either. I have also checked the system for previous orders to your address without luck. Please feel free to contact me directly on 01332 922558 to discuss this delivery.
If there are any issues regarding breakages upon delivery, we liaise with the seller immediately to get the problem rectified as soon as possible. I am sorry that you are not happy with the service, on this occasion.
