SCAMMERS!!! Do not purchase anything from this site. Your order will not arrive. They send fake tracking emails. Lodged a complaint with PAYPAL and this company told PayPal that my item arrived and they closed the complaint. Terrible customer service!!!!!

Scam. Not a real company. They'll send you fake tracking IDs. Once you complain, they'll request more money to release your purchase. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY!!

I ordered the colour changing foundation, it goes on white and stays white, it is false advertising in comparison to the video demonstration.
I made contact to request a refund and was offered $2USD, what a joke.
I was then offered $4USD or could send back to China at my cost.
I will cut my losses.
Do not purchase this item, total waste of money.

I ordered moisturizer/base to hide wrinkles and bloches then cancelled (didn't have money). You said ok to cancel. You charged me anyway. WHERE IS MY MIRACLE COVERUP?? Please send it!!

Ordered two dragons in eggs that looked amazing on the site in Oct 2024. About to go into December and no word of tracking or when order will be sent. Afraid I’ve fallen for a scam - and they weren’t cheap. Buyers BEWARE!

I ordered this product after seeing many Instagram and Facebook posts. It is total shit! Did absolutely nothing to change my face and was the equivalent of putting on moisturizer - goes on white and stays on white. No change after rubbing it in. FAKE’

This company only received one star because that's the only way I could continue on this review. I placed an order in October of 2024. Here it is the end of November 2024 and I still have not received my package. The tracking says that my package was delivered to my address but yeah I did not receive it. Brought my tracking number to my post office and was advised that was not a United States postal service tracking number. They then checked and I had no packages. This company is a scam. Do not send them your money. If you look at the reviews they're all about some sandals. Did everybody buy Sandals? Seems to me that those reviews are fake just like this website. I also did not receive a refund. And my order was not sandals

Received my new sandals after two weeks, pleasantly designed, yet not overwhelmingly so. Packaging needs improvement as it lacked proper protection. Price was incredibly reasonable for what you receive. Consider faster shipping options for enhanced customer satisfaction, otherwise an enjoyable purchase experience.

I ordered two games. I received one, in a damaged package. They refuse to ship the second one and have doctored the tracking info three weeks after the fact to show delivery.

I ordered a colour change mature skin foundation buy 1 get 3 free. I got 4 foundation discolouration items instead. It’s got no colour and more like a watered down moisturiser. It is NOT what I ordered. Sent email and received 3 responses, trying to fob off and negative. Finally last one said checked with warehouse and correct items sent. NO warehouse have made a mistake and sent wrong product!! From reviews I now see that this company is not to be trusted and the exact same “wrong” product is being dispatched to other people. Going to look into our Fair Trading laws to see what can be done! DO NOT TRUST this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!! A “1” rating is the lowest I could go. They should have a “0”.

I placed an order for $30 including shipping, in Australia. Over $50 was taken out of my account and I have contacted support twice now, and they are refusing to fix this and just telling me "too bad". This is theft. Do not risk this happening - avoid this dodgy business.

Shipping time is horrible! They do not tell you that they ship from Slovenia. Hope I get my purchase!! I will update

Can I give zero stars? I purchased a game from this company, total cost was $32.58. When it arrived it does not work. I emailed and received a response asking me to send pictures, which I did. Their response was that they would refund me $3. $3????? When I said that was unacceptable they said they’d refund $5 and suggested I give the game to a friend. WHY WOULD I GIVE SOMEONE A BROKEN GAME? This company sucks!! Buyer beware!!

I recently ordered the "Tapple" word game online. My order took 8 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately the game was damaged and does not work as it should. When I contacted smilenicey support, they said they could offer me 3USD in way of a partial refund on a product that cost me over 60USD to purchase. If I wanted to send the product back and hope for a full refund, that would be at my own expense and "very costly" (their words). A disappointing experience to purchase something I cannot use and have no recourse for refund or replacement other than additional expense to myself.
