Bought 3 smilenicey balloon toys. All three boxes had things missing. Two boxes had major parts missing. Their response was "According to our return policy, if we do not send you the wrong item, it won't be supported to returned or exchanged.
But we can refund you 5 USD as compensation." Stay clear from this company.
