Thankyou very much smiths financial solutions, in particular thankyou to Luke who after several failed attempts with another mortgage advisor managed to get me a mortgage offer within 6 working days!
As single parent I was beginning to loose hope and thought my chances of buying a home were a miles away, I was very wrong, like worked magic and has a wealth of knowledge in the mortgage industry.
Luke was very professional, calm natured, easy to communicate with and was understanding of my anxieties after previous experiences.
I cannot thank Luke enough for his hard work, without Luke and rich myself and my kids would have lost my dream home.

If I could give Luke a 10 star review I would! Can’t recommend him highly enough! We were told by several brokers our situation would be hopeless for at least a few years due to our complex financial situation but we received our mortgage offer today!
