The product did not work for me and my skin color. It had a slight but sticky texture.

I have tried many lip plumpers and Smooche wins. I have already placed 3 orders and will continue to purchase. On this last order (#599842), I was having website ordering issues. The buy one get one free did not populate and I only received 1 plumper instead of 2 by mail. I immediately contacted Smooche, and EURI helped me fix the issue with such courtesy and a genuine concern to make it right. This is a double win for me because great customer service is just as important as a great product. I highly recommend Smooche. It works and it lasts long!

Carla was great with my order, I missed the return window because of a move. Carla was so gracious in helping to get a refund. I ordered the color match concealer. The color match was great. The product texture was dry and matte when it dried. It sunk into any wrinkles and accentuated them. Not a fan but the returns were very helpful.

So I ordered the foundation thinking it would be junk, but I’d give it a try. Imagine my surprise when it actually worked! I will say it does not cover dark under eye circles well and some red spots. My clinique concealer takes care of that though and they blend beautifully.

Only 2 complaints I have is that it’s been making my face break out a little (i have super sensitive skin), but I’m hoping in will even out as it gets used to it. Oh and shipping took FOREVER. Product itself was pretty good though. Recommend a more porous sponge for application and then a solid firm one to even out and get rid of lines.

I like how it blended in my skin. Covered up my small impurities. Unfortunately it could not cover my big melasma. Nevertheless, I like your product and I will order again once I finished what I have. Thank you and have a good day😊

I didn’t notice anything different, but maybe that’s a good thing. Maybe that just means my face is already smooth & I don’t need to wear foundation.

I ordered the Smooche foundation hoping to love it - one bottle for everything - what's not to love? The product was not right for me/my skin so I requested the 30-day guaranteed refund. This was dealt with by Carla (540824), who made this a simple Ans seamless process - she deserves a whole pizza for her efforts. Thanks Carla, your help was great and really appreciated.

The fast delivery was awesome but the product wasn’t exactly what I expected and when I reached out to the company they refunded my money which made me very happy. Fantastic foundation and company, literally obsessed with the foundation, perfect colour and consistency, stays on all day, I struggle to find my perfect shade, not anymore, my holy grail, I will not use anything else now, honestly it’s the best, don’t hesitate just buy it, you won’t regret it!!
