Packaging issues and no mystery gifts as expected
Two of my items arrived without cellophane and with a battered box, other 3 products were fully sealed! This gives me no confidence- I expected better for the price I paid!
Also I was supposed to receive a few mystery gifts with my order - these were not received.
This was however addressed promptly by GENREV and I was offered a replacement and a gesture of goodwill

Unfortunately Smooche foundation did…
Unfortunately Smooche foundation did not suit my skin. it has ended like a sheet of white powder as i have a medium skin complexion. After comtemplating much sent an email to Smooche explaing the issue. The associate who communicated with me is JUICE.on my order number 622474 . What a service she has rendered. sorted out within 24 hours. I wish we get this treatment everywhere. Thank you Juice, and thank you Smooche.

My mistake with Order - promptly sorted by Smooche
I hadn't selected the correct items and ordered two of one product instead of one. I sent Urgent email to rectify my mistake. Christine from Smooche responded to my request and gave me two options ; a discount or Store Credit amount as my payment had already been processed. The 'Amazing Customer Service' I received (unusual in the fast past 2026 world we live in today)! Carla made my experience
Carla made my experience with Smooche a very nice experience. I rated my the foundation with 3 stars due to it being heavier then I like when applied and the suggested color was a shade or two to light. Carla sent me an email refunding me for both foundations that I bought it a bundle. I was expecting return postage which bummed me out but better then losing over $50. Very good experience and very happy how all was handled so nicely. Thank you Carla!

I ordered the color changing foundation…
I ordered the color changing foundation on a BOGO deal on 4/16/26 and I am still waiting for my product. I have been in constant contact with the Smooche support team since 5/12/26 with multiple screenshots of the tracking information. My package was in customs inspection from 4/23-5/26 with no movement and was terminated on 5/26. I have requested a refund multiple times, but continue to receive feedback from AI ignoring my request suggesting they are continuing to “look into the issue.” The overall customer service experience has been more than frustrating.

Although my skin was not accepting to Smooche order # 673108 their customer service representative Juice is top notch. I emailed them, Juice responded very quickly and was very nice about my issue.
They offered me a second item at same cost as a complimentary gift.

I purchased the color adapting foundation. I found out I was sensitive to it and contacted customer service. Representative Juice helped me. She was understanding and listened to my dilemma.
