I love love love this foundation
I love love love this foundation, I wish I'd found it sooner! My previous foundation came in a heavy glass bottle (two actually, as I had to mix together a thick version and a lightweight version of the same foundation to get the coverage I was happy with) and was a lot pricier!
On top of loving the actual product, I messed up my most recent order (my fault, I put an extra item in my cart but then decided against buying it so removed it.. or thought I did.. I accidentally removed the item I wanted to keep!) I emailed Smooche and received the most understanding reply from Gracia along with a new order invoice directly to my inbox, at the deal price I had originally chosen, and clear instructions on how to fix up my oops, IF I still wanted the removed product. She was not pushy, just helpful and friendly.. best customer service experience I've had in a long time!

I was very excited to try the colour…
I was very excited to try the colour changing foundation, unfortunately I had a reaction to it. I contacted customer service and spoke to Juice, who was incredibly helpful and refunded me. So although the product wasn't right for me , the customer service was amazing!

The smooche product did not work well…
The smooche product did not work well on my mature skin so I went about emailing customer service to return it. While it did take 4 emails to get a response, when I did, JUICE was more than helpful and friendly. JUICE issued a refund immediately.

Packaging issues and no mystery gifts as expected
Two of my items arrived without cellophane and with a battered box, other 3 products were fully sealed! This gives me no confidence- I expected better for the price I paid!
Also I was supposed to receive a few mystery gifts with my order - these were not received.
This was however addressed promptly by GENREV and I was offered a replacement and a gesture of goodwill
