For some costumers it takes a little longer before they notice results, as improving your gut health from the inside out is a long-term process and really needs some time. We always recommend to use the product for at least 3 months. The first month is necessary for acclimatization. If you don't notice any results yet, keep going! Optimization takes place in the second month. Even then we recommend that you continue if you do not notice any results yet. Maintenance takes place in the third month. The ingredients reach their maximum effect then, from here it is important that you maintain this! Your body probably needs a little more time to get used to the product.
