Awful company. Ignore mail preferences. Send unsolicited mail.

Awful company. Constant delays. Never reply to emails. I finally managed to cancel and unsubscribed to their mailing list but they still harass me sending me multiple unsolicited emails offering me deals to sign back up. I have unsubscribed, and unsubscribed but they still spam me with emails despite my preferenced so will be reporting them.

DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS

I ordered my box on the 26th August, it is now the 11th October and I am still waiting on the box to arrive. They filled me with lies about there being a delay with royal mail, so they have sent out "another" box. This was a total lie, they have now provided me with a tracking number which shows the parcel hasn't even reached royal mail yet. Customer service if that's what they are calling it is an absolute disgrace. Avoid at all costs as I have now had to report this as fraud with my bank

Adolf Hitler of a company

Long story short - Basically ordered a box in August & it's still yet to arrive in October. Tried to get a refund 3 times & got ignored. They told me it had been shipped mid September (hadn't) and then told me it would be shipped at the end of Sept / Start of Oct. I then got a tracking number which still isnt showing anything. They then keep telling me that its with royal mail blah blah - I also work for royal mail & we are not that far behind that tracking numbers wont go live within a week.

Awful joke of a service, it would be much quicker if you got on your bike & cycled to said country, picked up all the snacks & then cycled back

Genuinely bad company.

Genuinely bad company.

The idea is good but poorly executed with the same snacks provided month after month - sour cream and onion crisps and chocolate covered wafers... no exciting countries like Japan whereby you'd maybe get something a bit different... if you like chocolate wafers like o did don't buy this as you'll get sick of them.

Add to this the boxes are consistently late with multiple occasions whereby there has been no box delivered that month.

And the cherry on top is the lack of communication from the company re the late dispatch and then extremely delayed responses to emails whereby they only reply once they've eventually dispatched a, heavily delayed, box.

Definitely do not recommend.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! I subscribed back in 2020 and the first few months were awesome. I then started to get delays and after time went on it was becoming ridiculous so I cancelled. I decided to set it back up at the start of September in the hope it got better. Oh heck no, it’s got worse!! I still have no box, and they have tried to take payment for the next months too. Emailed them twice over the span of 2 and half weeks (their email tells you not to reply more than once in a week or your email falls to the bottom.. this is a lie they don’t reply at all). Absolutely shocking service, don’t understand how they are still up and running. They take your money and don’t send the goods. Do not use this business, just see below for similar reviews.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience when I first subscribed was fine, I got my box and the snacks were good. Since then my next two boxes haven’t been delivered for August or September. I’ve emailed but no reply. They don’t reply on social media. They have disabled their contact us option on their website. They turn off comments on Instagram. Take a look at their Facebook page and see how many angry customers there are that they don’t reply to. Still no boxes, refunds or replies. Absolutely disgusting company and should be avoided at all costs!

Not a great service

Not a great service. In two months time only one box arrived and it was late as well never got the refund for the first one they take forever to reply and once they do they just say that it's on it's way or something like that.

It’s a scam!!avoid avoid avoid do NOT Subscribe

It’s a scam!!! Don’t subscribe x2 payments taken no box no communication.. why is it up to the customer to chase the provider for something they have paid for… disgusting service …am writing to the standards office to make a formal complaint…looking at other reviews I am not alone… they should be shut down… this is NOT a business it’s a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd give less stars if I could

I'd give less stars if I could! I've made 6 payments so far and received 3 boxes! They said I'd missed the first months cut off date to receive a box, but still charged me! I also haven't received September's box, ignore my emails but they still make time to charge me for November! I'm in the middle of trying to cancel my subscription, but so far it's still pending...
Just appalling service and zero communication!!!

Avoid at all costs, scam

Set up subscription in July, they charged me for two boxes and sent neither. Kept saying they would be sent 'by the end of next week' and that was a month ago. If they fall into arrears but only send one box per month theres no possible way to catch up surely, and would just happily take all payments 3-4 months in advance. Absolutely shocking company and terrible service, avoid at all costs.

I’ve emailed so many times as they’ve…

I’ve emailed so many times as they’ve now taken 4 payments and I’ve received 1 box! My last email was sent on the 23rd September to cancel and just send the boxes I’ve already paid for then yesterday they took another payment (4th). I’ve emailed again to have a refund and cancel but looks like I’m going to have to cancel my card. £54 on one box!! Not happy at all

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!!

This is an absolute scam. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. They take (steal) your money and do not send the box. I subscribed in July and was told the box would arrive days later. I chased this and eventually got a box after they took the August payment. Septembers payment was taken and still, no August box. I emailed asking to cancel my subscription and had no response. They’ve just taken another payment and I’ve still only had Julys box. 3 attempts to email and they are all being returned. I’m reporting them to trading standards. I WANT A REFUND!!!

Do not subscribe to this company

Joined in August I have paid for 2 boxes so far and have received none, I have cancelled my subscription as another payment was due to be taken ,when you go on their site all you get is a notice stating that there is a short delay and your box will be delivered this week the same notice for a month this company is a joke, I don't even want to give them 1 star

Terrible

I took out a subscription as a birthday gift for my husband, the first box was delivered weeks after it should have arrived. Now we have received nothing for 2 months, very disappointed, website down so had to cancel the subscription with my bank. Feel like i've been scammed :(

PURELY A SCAM

I have now made 4 payments of £23.99 for their “premium box” and I have only received 1 box. I have tried emailing and have had no response. Appalling company with horrendous customer service

AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER THE GOODS

3 payments no boxes

They are going to attempt to take payment 3 tomorrow despite no boxes arriving yet. As a result, I've had to contact my bank and freeze my card and issue a chargeback.

There has been no communication so we've no option but to try and get our money back and freeze the card to stop them charging it yet again.

Used to be good, now looking like a scam

For the boxes themselves I would have given 5 stars, only slight problem is they're not keen on sending them. Boxes had been arriving late for months, then in August I was charged for my order... Nothing arrived. September charge for my order... Nothing arrived again. I emailed them and messaged on Instagram and heard nothing back either time. Decided to cancel my subscription so went to the website which worked fine until I tried to log in and it said the website was down for maintenance so I couldn't even cancel my subscription. The website was down for a few days until I was able to access it and cancel. Still heard nothing back from Snacksurprise about my missing orders I've been charged for.

They constantly post about the months boxes on Facebook and Instagram and send boxes out to influencers to advertise but completely ignore all existing customers. Always asking on Instagram where we think the latest box is from but always have the comments turned off, it would be funny if I hadn't been ripped off.
