I absolutely love these snack boxes, and love getting a new country every month. It’s so interesting trying different snacks from all over the world that I would probably never try or even know about if it wasn’t for SnackVerse. I started getting boxes in November so have had a few boxes, but have unfortunately had to cancel due to no longer being able to afford the monthly payments, hopefully sometime in the future I’d be able to rejoin and enjoy more snacks!

This was the best thing I’ve bought in ages!! The box is rammed full of great treats. You get a different, SURPRISE(!) country each mounth, and the goodies range from crisps, pub snacks, chocolate bars, Haribo type sweets; basically, everything good in life. I won’t say which month I got, and ruin it for anyone getting their box, but I totally recommend ‘Snack Verse’.

I totally love these boxes! Every month is a box full of different treats from a different place! Sadly, I've canceled my subscription for now because I have tons of snacks left since I only eat the snacks.

Just a thought, it'd be awesome to be able to build your own box of treats/drinks you've had from past boxes.

The experience of getting the boxes and the surprises each month was wonderful. I bought a subscription as a bday present for my partner and he loved it. The packaging is wonderful, and the snacks are great.
The only reason for cancelling was the boxes were stacking up and we needed to get through them. Unlike other reviews, the cancellation was easy enough, I emailed my cancellation request and was given a phone number, but it was dealt with quickly.

My only real criticism of the company is the 8 months of boxes we received were entirely from eastern Europe. It would be much more exciting if they threw in further afield countries every couple of months, as it appears on the website. That being said, the concept is brilliant and they do it well. I do recommend snackverse.

Great idea but unfortunately have to chase up the boxes every month as the following months subscription is taken off and existing package not sent due to warehouse delays . You can leave reviews on the site and I can’t order a second gift without having a different email address . Think they need some upgrades here or some changes to the admin and processing of their product

Avoid, ordered in March got charged and have also been charged for april and have not received one single box, theft. Im reporting to my bank.

I ordered this for my nephew & niece, they still haven’t recieved it. I’ve been charged for the next box already, before I’ve even received the first one!
When I placed my order on 13th March, the website said it would be shipped in the last week of the month. So when April came about, I emailed to ask where it is, and they gave me new dates 27th - 3rd, which of course didn’t happen. I emailed again, they said it will be shipped between 2-6th, still no shipment information. I sent another email, this time they said 7-8th! Still no sign of the box.
It’s false advertisement - They also say you can cancel via your account, that’s not possible either.

Hope its worth them waiting for.
Absolutely don’t waste your money or time.. Shocking

Do not order from snackverse, they will continue to take money from your bank account even after you email several times to cancel subscription they will ignore and just taking money from your account. Im now in the process of going through my bank for refunds and blocking them from taking more money, we haven't received any boxes for 3 months and nobody replies to the emails.

Advertised to be worldwide and it’s absolutely only European. I questioned this on their instagram post and it was shortly after deleted.. Although some boxes are actually good I refuse to pay for 2 months and still yet to receive 1 box. Dates for arrival are all over the place. Feels like a disingenuous company.

I absolutely love the boxes full of goodies! I like most of the items that are sent but the one's that I don't like I pass on to my daughter and son-in-law. I love opening the box and looking at what is in this month's box, it's like Christmas or my birthday! I can't wait for my next box to be delivered and to see which country I have this month. So far I've had boxes from Greece, Austria and the Czech Republic. The Greek box was my favourite box so far. I wish ir was possible to get hold of some of the items in the boxes as there are some that are absolutely delicious.

I got a few monthly boxes for my partner as a Christmas present. He loved it and was always excited to receive the next box. The snacks were really cool and yummy!
It would be great to have more international boxes as 4 out of 5 were European. Also didn't really know when boxes were arriving but always arrived in the end!

I've been with them for 16 boxes so far. 17 will be the last box as money has already been taken.

Things people should be aware of .....

- they bill a month in advance. billed the 4th, shipped the next month.

- Countries - nothing but European countries, not as advertised at all. I didn't expect exotic countries all the time but once every 3/4 months would have been fine. European snacks are obviously much cheaper to source. So far I have had Sweden (x2), Demark (x2), Greece (x2), France, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Finland, Romania, Belgium, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Netherlands.

- Snacks - A good choice in each box but quite a lot are available in shops here and are similar in boxes of countries that are close to each other. It nice to have little surprise treats to look forward to, unfortunately spoilt now by duplicate boxes.

- Cancel anytime - FAQs and website state cancel anytime. I've tried and cant, option has been removed so I have emailed them to cancel.

- Customer service - I did email about receiving a duplicate country and asked if they would swap it as I assumed mistakes happen. I was told it was a duplicate country but not a duplicate box as all snacks cant possibly be the same in it, they were but I honestly am at the point in life I'm not going to fight over it as it was clear nothing was going to be done.

Such potential from a subscription box service but disappointed it didn't live up to its advertising.

i've tried these now for 11 months and I have to change my review from what it was originally. 11 months in now and we have not received a single box that isn't European although they push their advertising online around WORLDWIDE snacks, I understand sourcing from European countries is cheaper but when receiving countries like Romania, Bulgaria, Czechia, and then Finland, Sweden - the snacks are often repetitive as the countries they choose each following month often neighbour and have the same variation.

That being said, it's still good for what you pay for, there is a good selection of each kind of snack, it's just a shame that after almost a year it's almost the same each month & after checking their social media I can see there hasn't been a box outside of Europe since December 2024 whilst repeating the same items in Greece, Italy, Slovakia, Spain and Czechia boxes

it's not "a new country each month" as advertised and from what's visible online only Australia has been a selection outside of Europe, although you may buy other countries boxes such as Japan - which feels like it defeats the point of the subscription (especially when east asian snacks are widely available and affordable in the UK)

I will reiterate - you do get value for your money and the items are good, just don't expect the variety you're likely looking for after months and months

On multiple occasions they have also offered credit and possible free boxes in return for reviews on trustpilot, but have never followed through with these - so do not believe all the 5* reviews are genuine.

Snackverse has been a wonderful subscription for my family to all enjoy. We have only had our subscription for a few months, but we have all enjoyed trying new snacks and treats that are new and different to our UK treats. We have loved the excitement of recieving our boxes and reading the detailed leaflet with all facts about the chosen country, and reading about the origin of the items. It’s really interesting and was quite educational for our children, which was a bonus.
Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys trying new things!

No real set date for box to arrive, payment is taken out a month in advance of receiving the box.
No set payment date either they take payment between 4th & 18th of the month boxes dispatched from 27th to arrive by the 3rd of the month after.
I emailed back n forth. This is no way to conduct a business. I had the original box which was full of sweets not snacks. I have upgraded to premium for my next box, if that disappoints then I will be cancelling.

The subscription cancellation policy is purposely set up to confuse and mislead.

If like me you were only interested in using the promotional code to test the water, be very careful not to rely on the instructions on the website that tell you to EMAIL them to cancel. I did this 5 weeks ago and was billed again this month with my cancellation status still listed as "pending".
When chasing them up about this through their FACEBOOK page, I was told that there was a dedicated cancellation PHONE number, yet it's nowhere to be seen on the website.

Pain in the arse and the snacks I received last month were definitely not worth this much faffing about over on the other end!

Ordered for my children, they really enjoyed trying different snacks from different countries, I also referred two people and they also purchased

Bought 5 months of boxes for a Xmas present. Was well received, although something from further than Europe would’ve been nice
