Sneak Foot LTD 

I ordered sneakers on 2/21/2021. I've sent emails, called, and sent text messages and have received no response. I would advise everyone to NEVER order from this place. They are a scam!! Run away very fast!!

Ordered mid January. It is now mid March and I have yet to receive anything. I have email, called, messaged/ commented via social media. Never get a response and they constantly delete anything negative on their social media. There isn’t ONE single good review on there. Something is up and how they are still selling I don’t know.

This company is terrible, please do not buy anything from them. I placed an order months ago and have not received any updates since. I’ve tried email, text, phone (voicemail box was full), and finally social media. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as a small company, but they’re scammers, plain and simple.

I placed an order in NOVEMBER, that is right NOVEMBER 30th 2020 ORDER # 6501 and it is now MARCH 16th 2021. I have not received my shoes and I have got ZERO response from anybody at this company. I would love to know how these reviews state the customer service is great, there is no customer service. I have called and messaged on every platform they have and got no response. If you don't have the shoes then give me a refund. It has been 4 months with nothing. This company is a scam, Please don't order from here. You are better off paying a little more on Stock X or Goat because at least with them you know you will get your shoes.

i would put 0 stars if i could. it is March 15th right now. I placed an order January 9th, and i haven’t even received any shipping info, let alone the shoes i payed for. They are nothing but a scam. I’ve reached out to their email several times, their IG DM, FB Messenger and even their text-support line. No response: and when you try to call their voicemail box is full. a true scam, i am positive i will get no refund / won’t get my shoes

Legit shop. Copped an authentic pair of sneakers from them and they arrived in deadstock condition. Thanks SneakFoot

Company is a scam - ordered shoes in December and NEVER received. Had to dispute company through my bank because they won’t write you back. Find another trustworthy site!

Disappointing ordered on January 2 never received my shoes ever. Emailed plenty of times and no response back! Never again am I ordering from here and I let way more than 15 days pass not including weekends!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Order #7293, ordered Dec 19th, 2020! Contacted the Better Business Bureau, and Virginia State Police. Nobody can get ahold of this company or any entity tied to this company! It's a giant ponzi scheme, where they take your money for goods, and you get nothing in return. I tried contacting them several times, but to no avail. Horrible thing to do the customers. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CLOWNS. The reviews are from people that are collecting the money, not actual consumers. STAY AWAY!

Terrible company. Will never deliver your orders. I was a VIP customer and they still never delivered my orders. BUYER BEWARE!

If i could give zero stars I would!
I placed an order 12/20. There have been no email responses, literally a dozen emails from me. No returned phone calls. Most importantly no shoes were ever delivered. No refund of the hundreds of dollars spent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My son had no Christmas gift thanks to these crooks!

Order for a month and did not ship out. Never reply the inquires. Don't buy anything from this company.

They scammed my husband. People work hard for their money for yall just to take it! Don't buy nothing from this site

If I could give zero star I would. Those writing reviews for this company be either be an owner or a trusted well paid employee!!!! I placed the order in Dec. 19, 2020, and haven't received even an email to tell me the status of my order and it'sMarch 10, 2021. No one answers the phone in Virginia or in England. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! DON'T SPEND ANY $ WITH THIS BUSINESS!!

I placed an order on 1/21/21 and it is now 3/9/21, mind you they have 9-16 business day delivery guarantee. I've emailed this company 9 times, I've sent 3 text messages, I've attempted to call on numerous occasions(voicemail is always full) and I still have not heard anything from them with regards to the status of my order. I feel that it is poor customer service to have not at least gotten one response in close to two months of placing an order. The sneakers purchased were a gift for someone else which I now need to try to find an alternative. Needless to say I'm all around upset with this experience and at this point I want my money back.

Ordered my shoes on Dec 14th 2020 & still have yet to receive my shoes or any information on it. Left emails, sent dms through instagram & they never reply.

I would like a refund please!!

I haven’t received my order that I made on December 28, 2021. I’ve left emails, texts, Instagram DMs, Twitter Messages, Calls, etc and Haven’t received one response back from this company. I really don’t like writing bad reviews and was really hoping to receive something back from the company, but haven’t. My daughter really wants these shoes I ordered, but, it’s been 3months now and not even an update about the status of my order. Very disappointed in customer service

I want a refund! I never received my shoes. Stay away from this company.
