Orderd Shoes on september 24 and never received anything. It’s today march 8th. And i am very sadd about it my order number is 4583. Please sneakfoot respond en give me my money back

No reply, even after over than 30 emails, several calls, a lot of text on Ig or Facebook and still nothing. Ordered on 4 dec #6899. I'm gonna update this if they'll answer to any of my emails.

Ordered on February 1st and package hasn’t been shipped w/o tracking # and it is currently March 7th, clearly stated contact with in 21 business days and I have and but 0 replies. I’m usually patient but w/o proper support im feeling that this isn’t legit. This is an actual review.

It has been 3 months since I purchased, I tried to email but I didn’t get any respond. Please email me back!

Experienced terrible customer service. And actually, it was ZERO customer service. I had an order that was completely paid for and attempted to get an update on shipping 30 days later but they were unreachable by phone, text, email, DM. No guest engagement regarding issues. Was completely ignored and then it became a secondary hassle to get a refund. Feel like they just try to take people's $$$$

Never got any of my orders made on December but they did charge me for the order. They never replied to my my emails and never replied ig messages either.
I suggest to be careful with this company

THIS SITE IS A SCAM.
They take your money and never send your items. I called, texted, Facebook, instagram, and emailed SO MANY TIMES. they deleted my comments off their instagram about me asking about my order. Its been over a month and no one has replied to me. All the good reviews are fake comments from them.

I ordered a pair of sneakers on 1/30/2021. I haven't heard anything since! No tracking info, No response back from numerous emails. I'm definetly looking into what my next steps could be to getting my money back. Do not deal with this website!!!

I have been waiting for my package for over 2 months going on 3! $700 gone. This is not ok! They do not respond to any emails. Ignore you’re comments asking about orders. Etc! Stay away.

This is the worst place to order sneaked from i placed a order January 20 and got no shoes still and they deleted my comments cause I’m asked if it’s being shipped I just want my money back . Ya a scam

Thank you for replying to my first review. But it seems like again your company has gone completely silent. I see your daily instagram updates and stories. Boasting about how many orders you've shipped and new policies.
However, I still have yet to receive my order or a simple refund for Order #10493. Could you be a pal and just simply refund order #10493. I promise I will stop calling, emailing, texting and posting reviews here. Please, this has been too long of a process for something this simple. Pleaseeeeeee, with sugar on top.

Also, I work at a top Advertising Agency that's been around since the early 80s. All my colleagues at my agency and every agency in the world buy a lot of sneakers. So if you won't respond or simply give me my refund I'm going to post about you everyday. Ok, thank you so much.

I ordered shoes. they never had the shoes to sell..they took my money instantly but two months later there is no response or information about my order.. I don't think they even know what I ordered

I ordered on Dec 24 and I still haven’t received my shoes. They sent me an email 2 weeks ago saying it was shipped but UPS never got the package. Why did they mark it shipped then? I hate companies that just lie in front of your face. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM. I’ve been waiting for months and the only response I got was an email making up excuses. THEY BLOCKED ME ON TWITTER AND ON INSTAGRAM FOR ASKING THEM ABOUT IT

This is seriously the worst sneaker site ever. They are just a scam. I placed an order at the end of November and have not heard anything since then order # 6501. I have called, emailed, and texted with no response. I don’t know who these other reviews are from saying the customer service was great because there is no customer service. I am convinced the employees go on and post fake good reviews. I have NEVER ordered a product and waited over 3 months with no response from the company. These people are a joke. Worst experience ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! You are better off paying more and ordering from Goat or stock x.

Replied quick and shipped a real pair of shoes.

I trusted Sneak Foot.. Ordered from them on January 12... Sent email after email and called numerous times.. With no response.. It took me to call them out on Klarna IG today to get a response and my order canceled and money back.. Do better Sneak foot.. People work hard for their money..

Absolutely "zero response". I placed an order on 1/21/21 and received an email confirmation that it would ship 7-10 business days, allowing an additionally 7-10 business days. That is 14 -20 business days to receive the sneakers. 2/21/21 no sneakers. I called, mailbox full. I sent two emails, several text messages all per their website. NO RESPONSE! Terrible Company. I filed a dispute with my credit card company on 2/23/21 and I received a full credit back today 2/27/21. Will NEVER buy from this company!
