Hi Ellis, I'm so sorry you're not happy with the build quality. However, I can help you with the doors not closing properly, as it sounds like you may be missing the last step of the build. If you open the front door and look at the top, in-between the two magnets, you will find two "lips". Using your thumbs, please push these inwards until you hear or feel a click, so that it is secured to the panel behind it. This should solve your issue of the door not closing properly 😊.

Ordered four boxes for my son. Assembly was really easy although we forgot the last step which meant the doors did not close perfectly. Anyway, customer service (Danielle) was very accommodating and quickly resolved the issue - being sent a video and completing this minor step was a doddle. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys for your sneaker boxes. They look so lovely in his room and really show off his sneakers.

In this case, I would love to help make up for your poor experience with us, and I am so sorry for your frustration.
I have searched for your email on our system, and can see that we had responded to your initial email within 3 hours, then following on from that email I can see our last communication with you we had requested images so we can initiate a return, however we didn't hear back from you. I can also see that you commented on one of posts asking for help, to which we replied within the same minute, but we didn't receive a response. I'm not sure if there was another communication channel maybe that you hadn't received a response from us, that could have possibly been missed?
Either way, I would be super appreciative if you were able to confirm which channel this was that you received the delayed response so we can make sure that this channel is fully monitored and causes no delays again for any further customers. Plus, I would love to be given the opportunity to make sure that your query was eventually dealt with, as I can't see this as closed from our end, as we were awaiting responses from yourself. If this wasn't dealt with, we would love to be able to rectify this for you if possible 🙏

Can’t praise the service i received from Sneak Spply Enough, (Danielle in particular)… I ordered 18 boxes and due to courier issues, only received 12!
I made contact on a Saturday via the virtual chat on their website and surprisingly received a reply (on a weekend), that wasn’t automated. Since initial contact they’ve been in touch everyday which was reassuring, liaising with Royal mail and myself.
By the following Tuesday morning (today), the issue had been resolved and a replacement parcel has been promised for dispatch.
Can’t recommend them enough, the quality of the boxes are good too.

Made an expensive order to put my collection in. Nearly every box has defects (scuffed transparent doors) Thankfully I went with the black and only transparent doors. 10 out of the 48 I can't look past so I went to email support. Email bounced back saying email does not exist (one listed on this page as well)
Honestly at the cost of these boxes I would expect the bit that displays your collection to be free of damage. Packed nice and securely but I've had to unpack 48 of them to check.
Thankfully paid with Paypal so will take this up with them.

I bought a bundle of 6 crates (ALL CLEAR) as soon as it was released plus cleaning products. It gets delivered within few days.
Crates are very easy to assemble, well made, sturdy and good size for all types of sneakers.
There was a small issue with one of the crate but was quickly resolved by Danielle at their website chat box and got a replacement of two crates. Also out of all the crates only one has both lid magnets sticks at the same time.
Overall 5 star rating. Best shoe crates in the game.

Quality products and great customer service
Ordered multiple crates from them and the quality of the product is second to none, these are exactly what my ever growing collection of shoes needed, I also bought some crease protectors for my low dunks which are an absolute game changer how no one had thought of this before blows my mind. Amazing ! Buy some boxes … you’ll love it
My son has a number of these boxes, and absolutely loves them! They look great, especially with the led lighting.
The packages look great when they arrive, the boxes are easy to build and set up! The power supply is easy to arrange too.
On top of this -the customer service is top notch. Minor issue, dealt with efficiently and with great support
