Great customer service

Great customer service, pay attention to details.

They have a beautiful display and a wide selection to choose from in terms of flowers, vases, and soft toys.

For sure, i would recommend it.

Do not buy from these scam artists

Do not buy from these scam artists. Not sure they are even a real florists. When you phone the shop number it sounds like a call centre. The guy I last spoke to said he didn’t work in the shop or for the support team so no idea what he does. I paid for same day delivery between 12 and 1pm. The flowers were delivered at 6:30pm when the office was closed. The flowers were just left outside on the steps. Luckily they weren’t taken. The next morning when the office opened the recipient received the flowers. They were wilted and looked nothing like the picture on the website. I emailed the support team who didn’t reply until I phoned the shop. I then asked for a full refund. They refused but said they would send out another bouquet free of charge. That never arrived so I contacted the support team again. Again they didn’t respond until I spoke to the shop. They have now blamed me for not telling them when to make the redelivery. This is despite the email chain quite clearly stating when the redelivery should be made. I will provide an update when I have one but for now, do not buy from this shop.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I only wish I'd checked the reviews before I ordered flowers for my 96 year old friend who lives alone, for her birthday. The flowers were meant to arrive on her birthday and were delivered a week late. I'm furious and appalled. Of course there's no phone number to call them about it and they haven't bothered responding to my email.

Paid same day delivery

Paid same day delivery, one month later still haven’t had the flowers delivered. I wrote 2 emails without response. They replied to the third email saying they’d be delivered right away but weren’t. Also received a bizarre email after that saying they were waiting for my response. Awful customer service, £52 is a lot of money to most people these days and they do not seem to respect that.

Bereavement flowers sent to family.Ordered flowers on line with same day…

Ordered flowers on line with same day delivery. Got a message to say delivery will be between 2-3pm. 5ish got a phone call that flowers have not been delivered and because of Bank Holiday Monday, flowers will go out on Tuesday with DPD delivery. I was furious. Flowers arrived thursday damaged - dry and crushed. Contacted SN flowers, said it was not their fault but would contact DPD. After a lot of who ha, the florist agreed to send more flowers out under duress. And would let me know when they went out. However no response from the florist. My son in law said flowers arrived 2days later and were fine.

Catfish

I am so disappointed with my order and the customer service to follow. My order arrived looking nothing like what I ordered, I have been absolutely cat fished! They look like a bunch of flowers I brought from the petrol station but I unfortunately paid nearly £60 for them. So disappointing as these were a special gift! The photo's online are fake to what arrives at your door. Still have not heard from the “support team” every time I call they put the phone down on me!
