Seriously UNHAPPY with Monos!!
I ordered a white duffle bag in early December for my mum for Christmas. I ordered a tan one for her partner. They told me the white was out of stock and would be sent to me two weeks later. It is now nearly April and despite me paying for it at the time, I am STILL waiting for this. They haven't bothered to reach out once to update me and they told me in January (only after it took me ages to get hold of someone there) that it would be with me soon, but if I needed it, I could pick another colour - I'd already bought my Mum the white cross body bag which I wanted as a pair, so why would I want another colour that she wouldn't like anyway. I am so angry with this company. I would be very careful about ordering from them. I won't use them again.
