Seriously UNHAPPY with Monos!!

I ordered a white duffle bag in early December for my mum for Christmas. I ordered a tan one for her partner. They told me the white was out of stock and would be sent to me two weeks later. It is now nearly April and despite me paying for it at the time, I am STILL waiting for this. They haven't bothered to reach out once to update me and they told me in January (only after it took me ages to get hold of someone there) that it would be with me soon, but if I needed it, I could pick another colour - I'd already bought my Mum the white cross body bag which I wanted as a pair, so why would I want another colour that she wouldn't like anyway. I am so angry with this company. I would be very careful about ordering from them. I won't use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I only wish I'd checked the reviews before I ordered flowers for my 96 year old friend who lives alone, for her birthday. The flowers were meant to arrive on her birthday and were delivered a week late. I'm furious and appalled. Of course there's no phone number to call them about it and they haven't bothered responding to my email.

I was buying a chair for my mother from the rapid delivery range. The provide by the store, the call centre and the delivery team was amazing. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. can't fault a thing. Also teh product is brilliant. I was amazed how silent the motors are. my mother loves it.

Review of Vision Care Clinic

First class care

I had laser surgery with Kieran Darcy and was subsequently looked after by lovely Magda. The whole team were so professional, kind and caring, particularly Magda and Linda. It turns out that I have a genetic eye condition I didn’t know about prior to surgery which means that my eyes take way longer to heal than most. I was concerned that my vision hadn’t corrected after surgery but the team held onto me for a year patiently checking me every month to begin with then every few months, and sure enough, my vision corrected without the need for further surgery as they predicted. They were just great and another notable thing to me was that they didn’t keep charging me for every follow up visit which is a big deal to me as this is unlike a recent experience with a thoracic surgeon I’ve had surgery with, who charged for every additional appointment even when he made a surgical error, it leaves a bad feeling with patients. So the Vision Care Clinic are really superb and I would highly recommend them for any eye problems of for sight correction surgery.

THIS COMPANY WILL CONSTANTLY FIND WAYS…

THIS COMPANY WILL CONSTANTLY FIND WAYS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! I recommend if you don't want to be ripped off you stay well away. I bought the Zoe kit once and since 18 months ago, since then they have charged me not only £25 per month, they have charged me extortionate fees for 2 kits, one of which I have never ordered. They bombard you with emails so they go into the junk box then you apparently miss an email saying they're recharging you for another year's app subscription and there IS NO WAY to cancel this and they continue to charge me £25 per month. Before this subscription was activated again by THEMSELVES and NOT ME, I had been through all my bank details to make sure there was no direct debit going out to the joke company, and yet they still manage to somehow charge me each month. This is pure and utter theft and I will be speaking to my lawyer. They say there's a 14 day cooling off period, which I didn't sign up to in the first place, I didn't even know that I had been resubscribed, they did NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION TO DO THIS. ZOE STOP YOUR THEFT AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!! THEY ALSO MAKE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO OPT OUT. PLEASE RESPOND ZOE

This has been brilliant!

This has been brilliant for our aging mini dachshund who completely relaxes when wearing the coat. We’ve also noticed she’s moving a lot better, much lighter on her feet with a spring in her step!

You won’t look back - fabulous!

These post surgical bras are incredible! This is my 3rd attempt at buying comfortable compression bras after thoracic surgery. The other two were so painful to wear, then I came across these as recommended from Julia Bradbury’s instagram page, she is not wrong! Finally I can wear these beautiful soft bamboo bras day and night while I heal. Thank you!

I really don’t want to write a bad…

I really don’t want to write a bad review as I so want to like this brush. It looks and feels fabulous and I love the self charge technology. However I’m afraid that after each brush, my teeth are still rough with I dont know what, the grime of the day or night. They feel furry after. With my Philipps sonic, my teeth are squeaky clean. I bought two of these things to give to my teenage sons, but I wont be passing onto them because I need to know the toothbrush will do the job. I feel the brush needs more power and I just don't think the bristles work on cleaning the teeth like a normal brush.

This is the most appalling website!!

This is the most appalling website!!! I warn you not to purchase from them! They claimed on their homepage I could get 15% off for being a New Customer, I had to enter a code on checkout which I did. I spent over £400 with them. They told me to enter my credit card details which I did and they discount would be applied on checkout. I was charged the full amount. When I emailed them to complain, they sent me a link of all the products that were supposedly excluded from this offer, there were 250 PAGES!!!!! This is a complete con, what's more, none of the products I purchased were on sale nor were they reduced for any other offers, so I paid full price for each and every product. I am furious and will never use this company or website again, and I spend A LOT on cosmetics.
