Thanks for assistance regarding the fraud on my credit card!!

It took over a week for an adjuster to come out on my claim and I was not happy about that at all but some Snoopdrive has been nothing but friendly and professional. Sometimes it takes a while to get an answer to my questions.

Time will tell since I haven't used them yet. I will update my review if need too.

Efficient and quick.. sent them a message online and talked to a person quickly.

I never had to use my policy but it was inexpensive. I used the free oil change once.

She was very helpful but I was hoping to get a discount since I am old and retired;) which they could not do. Need the plan anyways.

Good pricing for my Honda Pilot with over 121k miles. The reason we had to cancel is we sold the vehicle and have a warranty from the dealership on our Accord.

I called SnoopDrive because there was an issue with my policy. A tech glitch resulted in my policy being canceled - right before I needed service on my car.

When I called SnoopDrive, Savanna answered the phone and was able to track down and correct the error. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, keeping me updated throughout the next 24 hours as we waited for all the pieces to come through.

Really pleased with the service Savanna provided, and how quickly she and her team worked to find a solution so I could get the much needed repair done to my car.

Very good prices for what is covered. I haven't had a need to use them thank god but hope would be straight forward!

I left my employer and was worried I would have to cancel this service but that was not the case! They helped me switch over so I can keep my policy. I will keep going with them in the future.

Couldn't get the online system to recognize my information so I had to call them... Which may have cost them sales but they were helpful and fixed it quickly.

I received lots of options. I found that it was cheaper to purchase 2 years cover. I was also impressed with the fact I could spread the cost over a 24 months period without any interest. Overall I was very impressed with the whole process and found it easy to purchase the cover I required, for a very good price.
