lost both of my packagees

Both of your orders was sent in one parcel together as you ordered 15 minutes apart, Because it's an international order it is possible that your parcel was held at customs to be reviewed, we have not received the parcels back which would always happen if they was declined entry at customs. I've taken your word for it and both orders was refunded weeks ago.

So my ACE arrived today I ordered 4 tubs I have been using ACE for about 3 years so I'm familiar enough with them I put a pouch in and I thought to myself "this isn't right it tastes weird" it barely had flavour and the flavour it did have was salty the only time I've had this is with old pouches so I decided to look at the sticker underneath the tub that has the lawful nicotine warnings on and expiration date on and it had been removed 😬 I went to go check the other 3 tubs all of them had the stickers removed from the bottom I'm pretty sure by law nicotine products need those warning labels attached for sale to customers I sniffed them and they didn't smell right either I'm pretty sure in my opinion they're expired and they've been expired for a while but we will never know will we off in the bin they go (UPDATE THE COMPANY HAS REFUNDED ME INSTANTLY SO I WILL INCREASE MY REVIEW FROM 1 STAR TO 3 STARS I THINK IT'S FAIR I APPRECIATE THE GOOD WILL OF THE FAST REFUND) 2nd Edit ( they send me a really nice letter with a handwriting apology and a mixture of 4 new fresh tubs which I guess they didn't have to do so based on their response there sincere apology I can now confidently give 5 stars and a benefit of the doubt that it was a 1 off mistake I will use them again and I can recommend you to use them because I'm now confident they will do everything they can to rectify any mistakes or problems) P.S hats off to you that's how you sort a mistake apology excepted

We sincerely apologise that this has happened and we have emailed you regarding this matter. All of our products that we stock are in our inventory for less than a month before they’re sold on to our customers. The pouches usually have an expiry date of at least 10 months onwards from the date that we purchase them. On this occasion it appears the distributor had sent us stock that had already been expired which is a mistake on their behalf, this has never happened to us before. I have checked and the specific nicotine pouch you ordered was the only one out of the 100+ sleeves that we ordered from them that was expired. We would never under any circumstances intentionally send you expired nicotine pouches. I have refunded your order in full and you should receive it in 1-3 business days. We’re more than happy to send you some fresh free nicotine pouches as compensation if you’d just let us know which ones you’d like in the email we sent you.
