packaging came pristine and the snus is top-tier. i had an issue with shipping and it took longer then expected which i see quite a lot with this company not gonna lie. however, their customer support was really professional and responded rapidly at all times of the day which was surprising. i recommend they change the shipping couriers and add tracking as the current one seems to be unreliable. if it wasn’t for this fact i would have rated the company 5 stars. overall, super professional and responded fast to my emails. i am definitely purchasing again and would highly recommend
