If I could give zero I would. Quick to take your money but not quick to give you a full refund. Absolutely appalling customer service. This company deserves to be shut down. They don't know the meaning of good customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AVOID!

Amazing customer service! Royal Mail delivered my parcel to the wrong address and I let them know. They swiftly sent me a new one in time for my holiday! Would definitely recommend the brand, clothes are high quality as well!

I had been eyeing the “ETERNAL” Maxi dress for a long time but every time I was ready to buy it, my size was out of stock . So I finally signed up for notifications for when then dress will be back in stock in my size . A couple weeks ago I finally got the notification and ordered immediately. The shipping time was about a week which was perfect , but when I got the dress and opened the package, there were 2 big stains clear as day on the front of the dress. One was around the crotch area and the other was near the bottom of the dress where your shins would be . I’m extremely disappointed because the dress was $100 with shipping and I can’t even wear it because of how prominent the stains are. It is very noticeable, in fact when I first opened the dress at my boyfriend’s house , the very first thing he said was “ is that a stain?”. I read reviews about this company’s return & refund policy and decided that it wasn’t worth the stress trying to return it so instead I tried getting the stains out myself . Unfortunately, they didn’t come out , even when following the washing directions from the tag. Thankfully I wasn’t planning on wearing the dress until my trip to LA next month so I have time to get something else before. Overall , I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with this dress.

I ordered a co ord set from Sodah which was sent back immediately due to it being ill-fitting. I sent it recorded delivery and it was signed for within 2 days, despite this 3 weeks later I still received no correspondence from Sodah regarding my return. I contacted them via their contact page on their website- no response. I them emailed them to which they responded that they would only be issuing a credit not for the skirt because the top is damaged. They attached a grainy imaged which showed some cotton hanging near the zip. No doubt this top has been repackaged and resold despite it being so called "damaged".
After reading other reviews (which I wish I did before placing an order) I don't even have the energy to go back and forth with them because they clearly has zero regard for their customers. I will just never give this scam business my customer again- I strongly advise you to do the same.
Reputation is everything and this business is doing a great job ruining there's.

Good quality product, nonexistent customer service. It's funny that they ask for a tip when checking out but can't even respond to an inquiry sent through both email and instagram. Also shipping was supposed to be free to the US after a certain amount, but shipping costs were never removed. Be very cautious when ordering from here

I’m so angry that this store does not do refunds only store credit. None of the clothes I ordered suited me and when I went to return them I was then told I can’t get my money back! I’ve been forced to order again from this website but majority of the clothes are out of stock so there’s not much to chose from. Feel like I’ve been robbed of my £200 :(

I can’t lie this company is really bad the brand is o bad the customer service is so bad l was so disappointed and the fact that l was trying to support a sister since it is black owned . I didn’t like the way the dress looked on me maybe its my me personally l returned the item never got back to they texted me after 2 weeks saying it was stained the showed an outfit l didn’t order and told me they were not gonna offer a refund its clearly giving scam the need to pull their pant up because in the.near future you won’t get customers Sodah

Please do not shop from here! They will not respond to emails or DMs. They do not care about their customers only influencers. They delete Instagram comments. I just wanted a reply and for you to sort out my wrong size order but nope! Ignored and not cared about. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Customer service hasn’t been the greatest experience . I have been waiting for this dress (blessed) for ages as it runs out of stock quickly. The dress fits beautifully and it’s nice but it smells like there’s smoke inside , so I messaged the company to say it smells like smoke and I wanted a replacement but they don’t have the stock , but then I got text from the brand stating that it is in stock , so I messaged their instagram page to ask about it , the options were either a refund or replacement , but there’s no replacement option , so I wondered whether I could get a partial refund for instance as I liked the dress . Anyways again the dress is great it just seems as though it’s been worn as it smells like cigarettes.

It’s impossible to return items after you’ve bought them. They need to sort out a new or more effective returns system.

The clothes are very nice though.

Never order from this site. I returned one of my items and after 2 weeks with no update, I sent an email and a dm on instagram only to be told that they will not be processing my refund/store credit due to a stain present. This is an absolute lie as I did not even wear the top. These scumbags probably make more money and profit by taking customer's returned items and not giving them a refund/store credit just so that they can re sell the item and make even more money. This seems like the type of company that only caters and gives special treatment to influencers and celebrities. SHAME ON YOU!!!!

I ordered a dress with sodah but I didn’t like the fit of it on me. Unfortunately the company don’t offer refunds, so you have to pay to send the item back and then receive a credit note. With most fashion retailers you would be able to find an alternative outfit, however there was only about 5/6 items of clothing available in my size, all of which I wasn’t keen on, but I ordered a skirt as this was the better option out of all of them. The skirt looked like it was made with a thick material from what I could see of the pictures on the website / model but unfortunately when it arrived, it wasn’t the best quality and was see through. I don’t want to spend another £5 sending an item back for a second time so I’ve got to accept I’m £50 down. I think offering credit notes instead of refunds is fair, but only if you have sufficient items in stock that the buyer can choose from, which isn’t the case with Sodah, not to mention having to pay to send the item back on top of the delivery fee aswell.

My story: I saw it said 4UK but for some reason my mind wasn't working so I purchased and realized that I needed a 4 in US size so I panicked and started emailing them. I checked my email less than 5hrs they changed me order. This is my first time ordering from this store and I love them already. Also, they shipped it out the next day!!!

I’ve had a pleasant experience with this brand. I miss placed my order number and contacted them through social media and email just to see which one I’d get a response from sooner it was from social media. They responded sent my order number and gave me the status of my order. Now all I’m doing is waiting for my order to arrive.

One of the worst services I’ve received not sure who’s in charge of communication as there is none! And nobody to rectify their errors! Would give 0 starts if I could. They do not respond to emails and the phone line does not go through, therefore you are limited on how you can communicate with this company, if at all. The return/refunds process on the site is inconsistent and they have implemented a blocker on the page to prevent you from screencapturing this information. This can only be the methods of a business which intends to run in a bogus manner. I don't usually leave reviews, but more people need to be made aware of how this company runs. They appear to be doing well, so the owner needs to consider hiring more staff or replacing the current.

Acknowledging clothing returns and processing refunds should be a priority for any business. Customers should not be chasing any business for a resolution.

Fast delivery and quality clothing- I never have an issue with Sodah London!
