Poor quality,,unhelpful return process and communication poor

I bought a dress from them on Friday and they even instructed us on a Instagram post “if you want to get it before new year choose the £9.99 Saturday option which I did, I got a email to say it was on its way so I was hopeful. Saturday goes by I’ve emailed them multiple times I messaged them on Instagram and no response. this was the first time ordering from them I’m not going to lie, I wish I looked at the reviews before I purchased because their customer service is disgusting they are quick to take the money but not quick enough to send the item and I paid £10 for a guaranteed delivery and still ain’t got nothing, very upset.

I’ve been shopping with Sodah since 2020 so I’m surprised by the amount of negative reviews. My orders always come on time, they often have discounts available and now they provide free returns, which is nice to see. The one time I had to contact customer service re an undelivered order, Gladys was super helpful and sorted this with DPD in a timely manner. My one critique though would be recently I’ve found the sizing to be inconsistent. They state that the sizing runs “true to size” yet I’ve had to get certain pieces two times bigger than my normal size (for reference I’m a UK 12/14). I’d suggest revising their sizing for pieces with tighter material because it feels the stretch factor isn’t taken into consideration. It would be appreciated if bigger boobs and wider backs were taken into consideration too to make the sizing more inclusive.

Still waiting on a store credit refund from months ago. refuses to respond to any of my emails. Items recieved were not even good quality compared to the price

I appreciated their ability to update me on the status of my order. I got it in appropriate timing and my dress was beautiful, it looked exactly like the original photo.

Delivery is a bit pricer than I'd like but they use dpd who are much more reliable than evri so I suppose you get what you pay for. The clothes are always great quality and I always get a polite response if I need to email.

Absolutely shocking company. Takes them about 2 weeks to reply that’s if you chase them. Items I’ve received look nothing like the ones online for example the bikini! The material on other items felt really cheap and of a low standard. Not to mention the badge on the 2 piece had been inserted the wrong way so it’s upside when worn! When I sent my first return back (after yet again spending my own money to post) they tried to tell me my parcel had got lost to prevent them giving me my store credit. I chased this up with Royal Mail to find they had received it 3 days after I posted, as soon as I mentioned that I got my store credit. I am currently in the process of trying to get my £80 REFUND as I refuse to put any more of my money into this company. Shocking. I won’t stop until I get it either.

Absolutely shocking! Sent my item back weeks ago and still not received any confirmation that they have received my item. I have emailed and still not had a reply. Will not be using this company again!

Ordered 2 dresses for a wedding but both were unsuitable so I sent them back within the 14 day period. By law anything bought online that is unsuitable can be cancelled or returned if the retailer is notified within the 14 day cooling off period. The items must the be returned within a 14 day window from the date of notification. This retailer takes absolutely no notice of this rule and claim to only offer store credit, however I haven’t received this either!! And it is one month since I returned the items. Customer service do not reply to emails and I have ended up having to report to Trading Standards and claim the money back from my credit card provider. Avoid like the plague!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I really hate getting scammed. I bought this dress Aug. 28th express shipping ended up paying $118 (dress was around $80) and quality was so cheap I couldn't believe I paid that much, but I needed it for a birthday party so I decided to just exchange for a bigger size, but they said I could not get a refund or exchange for a bigger size I could only get store credit and repurchase the correct size. The dress was too small and the zipper kept getting stuck so I had to pay $30 to return it back within the 14day period (I live in the USA). I had to contact them because I hadn't heard from them in a month. They responded a day later when I asked them about returning my dress to exchange it for a bigger size, but now that I've actually sent it there was no response for weeks. They finally responded to me yesterday (OCTOBER) saying that the dress had a "stain" and cannot give me store credit which is a COMPLETE LIE. the tags were still on and I couldn't even put the dress on to get a stain on it. I asked for a picture because if there is a stain it is from them and I need to see it. I really cannot believe they pulled this I am so furious. I will be disputing this. Hate companies like this. They deserve the worst. $150 down the drain. They could've at least sent me the dress back like it said they would in their policy.

The quality of the clothes and the fact it was true to size. I ordered a 2 piece set(mint green ‘Bliss’ top ‘Whirl’ skirt. My weight has fluctuated a lot recently so I’m between sizes. Sometimes getting a size 14 can be risky for me but in this case it fit like a glove and I was very pleased. The shipping was good as well as it was meant to be 3-5 working days but I think it came a bit earlier which was great!

I haven’t received my order. Customer service doesn’t even reply to your email and just leave you on read on instagram

Don’t bother buying from here. Sizing is off on bikinis. The company doesn’t offer refunds either, only store credit but even that is difficult to get. Order from them at the beginning of last month, clothes didn’t fit and sent them back straight away. It’s been weeks now and they haven’t even sent me so much as a notification to say they’ve received my return. I have sent them 4 emails now and still haven’t heard back. Awful company

Definitely trust worthy. I was nervous because I’ve never ordered from here before but their customer support was great and put me at ease. I inquired about my order and they were so quick and helpful with tracking my package down. I even received a partial refund for the delay. My dress is absolutely gorgeous as well.

If possible I would have given them zero. I ordered two dresses sent both back in the 14 days as both dresses had issues with the zip getting stuck. I didn’t realise I wouldn’t get a refund but only a store credit. I’m annoyed as the quality is no better than shein at best.

I then received a store credit for one dress and not the other dress when both items were faulty. I have sent an email regarding the reason why they have only given me a store credit for one dress but I have had no response.

Horrible quality. Horrible refund policy. Typical Instagram brand for skinny girls.Targeting black women to buy cheap clothes that are overpriced. Don’t buy here

Dresses are good quality. The upderwiring is great for girls with bigger busts, good support. Would definitely recommend especially for my ladies with larger cups👌🏾
