Couch is great, absolutely love it
Unfortunately one of the delivery men was not and was rather smelly while cuddling our cushions under his sweaty arms, otherwise brilliant 🤩

Sam in the showroom was patient and very helpful. Ordering was easy. Delivery spot on time with 2 very helpful drivers who unpacked and took away all the packaging. I am very pleased with the quality & comfort of my sofa and chair.,

Sofa was delivered efficiently through difficult doorway. It was unpacked, legs and cushions sorted ready for use very quickly ? All packaging was taken away. Happy with my purchase and happy with delivery.

I ordered some swatches weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived. Really disappointed and I’ve now missed the sale!

Absolutely Fantastic, I ordered my sofa and Sammy was so helpful , nothing to much trouble , they are keeping my sofa too until I’m ready for it as moving into a new house

Excellent customer service.which is vital when people are ordering on line without actually seeing the item .I am very happy with my corner sofa ,could perhaps have a few details included about what products you would advise to clean it with in case of accidental spillages .the delivery was very good also with helpful and polite delivery men .so altogether very happy with the service and quality of my sofas ,well done

Love my sofa, it’s comfortable, plenty deep enough for me to get my feet up and curl up, delivery was prompt, customer service excellent, brilliant value for money! I thoroughly recommend this company!

I'm very pleased with my left hand Archie Ccorner sofa in graphite. I hadn't seen it for real only online so took a chance and I'm not disappointed with the service or product.

One thing I would suggest is creating a firmness guide.

We bought a velvet Josie sofa and couldn’t be happier. Really good quality and material at a very competitive price. We’d definitely use them again.

Everything worked well including a responsive and helpful customer service team by email.

Quality wise I’d say as good as more expensive rivals and much better than the big warehouse brands that I’ve seen.

Excellent company. We travelled 2 hours to view sofah we had liked on line.
Were greeted by Sammy who was customer service at it's best. We had lots of queries and all answered to satisfaction
We ordered a 3 seater Lizzie, a large Lizzie chair and Lizzie banquette but had them all made bespokely in the Josie midnight velvet.
Ready in 4 weeks delivered for a nominal fee and we are in Staffordshire. Delivery guys excellent and kept us updated till they arrived at our home.
On unpacking there were 2 marks on 2 different items which may of been done while in transit but I emailed straight away and Sammy has arranged for replacement covers to be made and a technician to come to our home so again great customer service.
These items are super comfy and look amazing so thank you to all the people at Sofah🤗

A very nice and comfortable Hallie sofa in grey fabric, much appreciated after my velvet one arrived damaged!
But sofah were very helpful and always responded very quickly to any problems.
