I wasnt able to get the finance, but, that was no fault of Sofology. They provided me with options, which I was grateful for. The staff all treated me with a friendly professional service and I received my deposit back very quickly. I have had furniture in the past from the same organisation, it was excellent quality and excellent service, back then also. I would not hesitate to purchase from sofology in the future, when my personal situation allows.

Excellent customer service! Had a very positive experience with a female employee at the York branch. No pressure or sales pitch to feeling forced into buying anything.
The sales rep was very helpful and answered all the questions which I asked. The layout of the store was also good.
Love the sofa but disappointed that there was a problem with the legs.The complaint with was dealt with very efficiently but still involved lots of calls , emails and texts to resolve the issue.A shame that such a basic thing as fitting of legs had to be an issue at all.

What a complete shambles of a company i was not told I had to maintain i have to do this to my hygge 4 seater and 2 seater it's looks like a ten year old sofa very poor quality ive been fighting with this company for months and I keep getting told it needs maintenance i was told weekly now ive been told daily !!WHO BUYS A SOFA TO DO THIS EVERY DAY!!!this company is a cowboy outfit will not exchange my sofa or a refund!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THERE AFTERSALES IS SHOCKING!!!

The service provided by Sofology is appalling. I would STRONGLY advise shopping elsewhere. Once you have made payment for your item no one cares and you can’t speak to anyone of authority. I’ve been waiting well over 100 days for my delivery and I’m still waiting.
As an example of the cluelessness of the service, I was told with 100% certainty that it would delivered to Sofology on June 22nd, this date came and went. I was told on June 23rd that the sofa was in the system and being delivered to a local depot. Later the same day my dashboard was updated to July 2nd and when I called up they told me July 7th. Understandably I have zero faith my sofa with arrive on July 7th or any date after that.
I frequently visit the dashboard and my delivery dates (I’m onto my 4th) have passed without anyone notifying me of a delay. On the one occasion I was contacted via email I was told someone called me earlier that day, but this was a blatant lie as my iPhone missed calls list proved.
The ‘Live Chat’ option on the website is an AI Bot. It starts as a Bot and then transfers you to what you think is a person but is just another AI Bot.
When you call the number the person only tells you what your dashboard says, can’t transfer you and can’t help. When you call a specific store that transfers you to the call centre.
The service is dreadful
