Sofa was delivered yesterday morning, ordered a Georgio corner with white piping.. half of the sofa came with piping, half without. One of the front legs has gone into the sofa so it’s sitting on the floor. Odd marks in the fabric. Delivery drivers went quickly before I could even inspect the sofa.
Took me about 2 hours going around in circles to get through to the correct person, being told to call this number call that number, select this option- which all took me back to the same people who couldn’t deal with the issues.
Ended up ringing the store I ordered from - who were actually extremely helpful. Sent photos and had a call back saying I will be contacted about these issues.. still haven’t heard anything.
Would have rathered it have been taken back yesterday and refunded to be honest.
So at the moment I’m left with a brand new sofa with a broken leg, and a miss matched corner sofa.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the wholly unacceptable level of service I have received.
At the time of purchase, I was explicitly promised delivery within 10 weeks—a commitment that directly influenced my decision to spend £5,500 with Sofology. We are now 13 weeks on, and not only has that promise been broken, but there has been a complete and unacceptable lack of communication. I have received no apology, no explanation, and no proactive update regarding the delay.
Instead, I have been forced to repeatedly chase for information. On two separate occasions, I was assured that someone would call me back with an update—neither of those calls ever happened. This pattern of empty promises and disregard for basic customer service is deeply concerning.
When I do manage to get through, I am simply told that there is no information available and that I will have to continue waiting. This is not an acceptable response, particularly given the amount of money involved. The absence of accountability, transparency, and even basic courtesy is frankly appalling.
I expect immediate action on this matter. I require a clear and honest update on the status of my order, a confirmed and realistic delivery timeframe, and a full explanation as to why I have been left completely in the dark for weeks. This situation has fallen far below any reasonable standard of service.

We ordered a new suite [3 seater recliner, 2 seater and 2 chairs[recliner] early 2024. Pretty quickly after arrival the suite had to be changed. We stayed the course with Sofology and ordered a different suite. October 2024 this arrived, pretty quickly it was obvious this was not fit for purpose, indeed Sofology didn’t even send a technician but went by our photographs and this was replaced. AGAIN we stayed the course and low behold we had a new suite in 2025. Since then we have had 3 heat pad failures and wiring blown on one chair [ which frightened the life out of me]. We reported the seat pads as being very uncomfortable with rucking and a view of the outline of the heat pads showing [ no visitors will sit on them]. The technician said the upholstery sponge inside of the seats had compacted and the only thing to do was to replace it. I received an email[ one of over 40 to date] stating our ticket had been closed. I have waited and waited…today chased Sofology to be told this is not a manufacturing fault and so there is nothing they can do. My husband and I are retired people and chose what we thought would be the best possible company to purchase from. What a terrible disappointment. Shame on you Sofology!
