Sofa World Wales were amazing, the sofas are perfect so comfortable and such a quick delivery time even in the lead up to Xmas!
They were so helpful and always got back to me with every query and very quickly too. We had an issue which were entirely our fault and yet they couldn't have done more to help us and sorted the problem perfectly.
The delivery team were amazing it was a tight fit due to our narrow hallway but they were very professional and got the job done!
Awesome service from start to finish, I cannot recommend them enough!

Delivery was amazing sofa was brought into my home drivers where wearing covid protective masks built my sofa sorted all the cushions took the rubbish too very polite even shoes off at the door without me asking

Couldn’t visit the shop due to government guideline & lockdown. However I was skeptical about buying a sofa without seeing it first but the staff were brilliant they reassured me throughout the whole process & received my sofa just 10 days after ordering. Extremely pleased.

I was let down by SCS so was searching for a new sofa, hopefully to be delivered before Christmas. I was not banking on this as it’s December and a very busy month. I was searching Facebook and came across Sofa world Wales. I was impressed with the variety of sofas they sold. I messaged Felicty and asked for 2x3 black leather recliners. I was messaged back promptly to confirm what I wanted. So on a Sunday I ordered them, Wednesday they were delivered assembled. I mean that’s fantastic customer service. Just wow. Great quality sofa’s, great prices, awesome customer service. Thanks so much. Will recommend highly.

It felt a tad odd living in the Midlands and buying a sofa from Wales, however really glad I did. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful and sofa is fab!

The sales lady, I think her name was Felicity was really knowledgable and me and my Mother had really lovely shopping experience. We picked the perfect suite called Vivienne. So happy! I would definitely recommend Sofa World Wales to everyone!

Initially had a pleasant experience in-store, however that is where my praise ends. When it came to paying for my purchase, I was asked to bank transfer the money rather than pay via card machine. Businesses usually suggest this method to avoid paying out fees to their card merchants. You waiver all protection and rights with your bank if you transfer funds online and I strongly discourage fellow customers for falling for this trap.

I was given a week lead time for the delivery of my purchase, however the products did not materialise within the original timeframe. I called to query this and was told the items are in quarantine because they are handmade in Ireland. I accepted this and awaited the new estimated delivery date. Time came and went and I still didn't receive any update, so I called Sofa World Wales again chasing my order. Further excuses and lies were given.

Each time I called Sofa World Wales, the lady increasingly became less friendly and more passive aggressive. She seemed very displeased about my weekly phone calls and was nothing less than rude. In one of our final phone calls she became very personal and insisted she no longer wanted my custom. She offered a refund which I accepted because I did not wish to give this company any of my money.

The woman called back to confirm my card details for the refund and advised it would be processed immediately. She told me to call back on Wednesday should the refund not appear. As expected the refund did not materialise, so I chased this on the Friday morning. Further excuses were provided. The refund eventually appeared on my bank statement this morning and the transaction date proved the refund was not processed on the date which was promised.

The customer service at Sofa World Wales is appalling and the woman is beyond unprofessional. She does not have a clue what she is doing and would not recommend anyone to shop here. The woman acts like a spoilt teenager and was incredibly misleading and dishonest.

We were so happy with our purchase from Sofa World Wales. We needed a custom made sofa to fit into our space and it was no trouble at all. It had been something I had been stressing over for weeks and as soon as I went to the store we were ordered and done within 30 mins. It came then 3 weeks later and looks perfect. Thank you 😊

Power recliner with USB corner sofa

This sofa was absolutely UNREAL! Everything and more than we expected for the low price. It’s so comfy and brilliant quality.
I cannot fault the services and how attentive the company has been Every step of the way. Very quick delivery, also with no faults. The couriers were very helpful And respectful.
