Fantastic service ordered and delivered in two days. They brought it into the house and put it where we wanted it. The sofas are fabulous quality I can't recommend this place enough!

I hardly write reviews but I thought sofa world wales really deserves people to know how good they are..... Being reluctant to purchase anything via a Facebook add I was sceptical when I contacted Paul to inquire about the beautiful furniture in the picture advertised. The customer service was 5* and I felt more confident to go ahead after speaking with Paul and reading some fantastic reviews. My sofas and stool arrived today and I could not be happier , they are even better and more beautiful than what I expected. The quality is fantastic, you can tell that they are made really well and not like the cheap kind you sometimes see in the shops...and they look way more expensive than what I played for them.The delivery drivers did everything on setting them up and went above and beyond to place them tidily. It was tricky to get them into the house due to the narrow entrance but they sussed it easily. What I can honestly say is that this company gives 5* quality goods with a 5* service, will definitely be buying more soon.

Found this new company on Facebook, very helpful and found what I was looking for. Delivery was within a few day on a Sunday by two gentlemen who were brilliant, courteous and respectful. Both sofas were assembled and put in place and all packing was taken away. Can’t praise this company enough

I’m so over the moon with my new corner sofa! Within a week of ordering it was here.
The delivery guys kept a good distance, wore masks, were careful with carrying the sofa in and even put it together and disposed of the rubbish. It was so easy!

Sofa World Wales are just amazing and went above and beyond to help us today. We were let down with our sofa delivery today luckily we hadn’t paid for it yet. After searching Facebook frantically this morning for another sofa as we didn’t fancy another few weeks sat on dining chairs we found these amazing guys. They responded promptly and even though the showroom wasn’t open yet they let us come and view a sofa we loved and even delivered it 3 hours later and set it all up in our conservatory for us. These sofas are amazing and our conservatory looks so amazing and cosy. Thanks guys 🙏

Honestly, can't fault it!! Ordered online, everything was explained well, weren't rushed into purchasing, many messages back and forth helping before I bought. Boys on the delivery were polite, professional and a pleasure to meet. From purchase to delivery and assembling everything was brilliant. Highly recommended.
