Brilliant Experience

Really pleased today Pauline from the Doncaster Store throughly went through everything when I was purchasing my new sofa Thank You very much 10/10

I visited sofology store today ,l was served by Arron who l found very helpful with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable regarding the sofa l had chosen, l didn't feel pressured by Arron, certainty would give him a 5star.

Gary was very helpful and knowledgeable, and found us the required components to complete our needs

It was myself and my partners first time going sofa shopping so we went in with an open mind and very overwhelmed. However, we must say that Charlene was so helpful and so approachable! We purchased the perfect sofa and couldn’t be happier. Again huge thanks to Charlene for her 10/10 customer service!

She was not pushy and gave us space and time to make our decision which made the purchase very easy and listened to all our requests. I hope the sofas when delivered live up to the same expectations. Guidance was great. Gave us options without sales pressure.
For me I can’t stand being pounced up on and having an unwelcomed presence when we are wanting to make decisions and interruptance- this experience was the opposite.

All the staff are pleasant & help full, in particular Pauline who helped to find a swivel chair to match the ex display one that we had fallen in love with.
We were left to browse & try all sofas & chairs at our leisure with no pressure at all.
