All the staff are pleasant & help full, in particular Pauline who helped to find a swivel chair to match the ex display one that we had fallen in love with.
We were left to browse & try all sofas & chairs at our leisure with no pressure at all.

We didn’t really know what we were looking for but came across a nice sofa with recliner seats, a central console, heated seats, speakers and a drinks holders, we loved it, and didn’t take us long to make our minds up to purchase. The sales assistant, Pauline, was brilliant, not at all pushy, let us make decisions without interference, which made the whole experience of buying a sofa so much better than when we’ve purchased previously

Tracey was very helpful in explaining everything regarding our purchase. She was very friendly and not pushy in terms of making a sale. The process was very smooth. We even went outside with the colour swatch to see the true colour, as the sofa was at the back of the store with very little natural light. Thanks Tracey

First time we have ever looked in store at doncaster.
We were immediately greeted by a member of staff usually i dont like been approached straight away but she asked if we had something particular in mind ( which we did )
She was straight on board with what we was looking for and showed us options. She was friendly helpful.
Pauline gave me all the info I needed and even gave me information on a sofa I was looking at dfs which I never got from actually shopping in dfs and it put me off the sofa but I actually understood the point and I never had thought of it. She showed me the sofa I loved and gave me options if it wouldn't fit. She emailed me the details and kept in touch to follow up if we had any thoughts. We came back the next day and I think it was graham that then had to sit and listen to me and my partner squabble on details. Everyone was patient and friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of reassurance on our purchase

Gary at Doncaster was really helpful and recommended a slightly smaller sofa to fit into the space. He even sorted me out when I put the wrong mobile number in the order!!

We spent some time there. We went from one side of the store to the other couple of times, and finally found the perfect corner sofa for our home.

Well i was greeted by Pauline she was very polite , funny and very professional 👌.
I told her what I was looking for and she showed me several sofas with everything I asked for. She certainly new her job and aimed to please. I cant thank her enough she was so nice and at the end I decided on my new sofa which will be arriving in April . I would highly recommend sofology to anyone and there sofas are amasing .

We purchased our sofa from the York Road branch ,and served by Gary and Pauline who were the nicest genuine people who gave great advice and listened to our needs. We didn't purchase straight away but still they gave us measurements to take away and try and their number in case we needed to get in touch. All in all they wasn't pushy in the slightest and the products in sofology were far superior to those in other stores we had looked at.
The non pushy approach and great advice made our decision easy to purchase with this company.

Absolute 5 star experience with Pauline at the Doncaster store at Danum Retail Park. Nothing but helpful (and not pushy) from start to finish. We made 3 trips before we finished the purchase on our new sofa and she was so helpful feel like I made a friend for life. This lady is the best.
