I had a really good experience at Sofology, thanks to Barry at the Boucher Road store who helped me choose my sofa. He was so friendly, approachable and really knowledgeable, which made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable rather than overwhelming. He took the time to talk through the different options and helped me find something that suited my space perfectly. Thank you so much Barry for all your help, my sofa looks great in my new home.

Great service

On my first visit, I was left to browse at my own pace, which I really appreciated. When I did need help, a member of staff (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) talked me through the different options and explained the process clearly.
On my second visit, I was greeted at the door by Tara, who was very helpful. She talked me through the process of purchasing a sofa in preparation for moving house, explained all the ins and outs, and made everything feel straightforward.
I’m overall really happy with the purchase and the service I received.

Really good sofas, really poor service

Really good sofas. Really poor, shocking, unprofessional after care. Bought three sofas. Delivered on time. One sofa was delivered damaged. The additional footstool was delivered without feet. This was 6 weeks ago. Have been repeatedly trying to get resolution. Zero. Promise to call back. Nothing. Promise new legs being delivered. Nothing. Told damage on sofa is underneath, so not going to do anything because nobody can see it…. That’s not the point!!! I bought a sofa, you damaged it. Replace it. Provide the missing legs. Shameful company. Take the money, then don’t care.
