Softwaremart 

I bought Office 2010 for my Windows 10 laptop. I thought it not compatible so I called and spoek to a gentleman. He finally explained its compatible plus a 10% discount. Good deal.

Loaded Office and the key didn't activate. Called software mart and a guy said he'd fix it and get back to me. He fixed something and the key worked. Had to reload Office 2 weeks later, same thing, key didn't activate. Got on Microsoft Chat, they said the key was blocked as it was being "abused". Too many occurrences. So they are basically selling keys as often as possible until Microsoft blocks them.
Called software mart 15 times over 3 hrs, nothing. Chatted with service person. BS delay, will get back to you in an hour, send us a screenshot, etc. Why do you need a screenshot when I have a copy of "Chat" with Microsoft stating the key is blocked? Have asked for refund. No response. Like I said, sucks to get scammed. STAY AWAY!!

I was skeptic at first because of some reviews that I have read here. Its just that I'm tempted with the very low price and I taught that might be okay. I was surprised to have a valid software and no issues since installation till activation! It was really very quick and easy! Good job!

Called asking for a different credit card, then when order went through didn't send product keys; I had to call them and go through the runaround (including going to their "office" which doesn't exist), and finally told issue with my credit card and they were refunding my money. This had better happen ASAP or the police will be involved.

Still waiting for my product key! I can't phone them, don't return email,,,,, stay away from them.

This company is garbage, they wouldn't send what I ordered, and sent something else. Despite my requesting what I ordered, and having the receipt, they completely ignored my request. They took my money, and ignored my request for a refund. I received a product that when I went to install it, it said the product key was not valid. Six days later, I am out the money, and do not have the product I ordered, and what they sent, I cannot install. If anyone questions the validity of this review, just let me know, and I will gladly send a snapshot of the order, and the garbage emails they sent me.

They have just switched from softwaremart.ca/ to msofficedownload.com/. Originally they were from Canada and now they are from Australia. I would not deal with them.

This was my first time using Softwaremart.ca. They offered a MS Office 2016 Home & Business license for the lowest Canadian price I could find on Google. I was naturally suspicious (which is how I came across this Trustpilot.com page), but I'm compelled to share that the service worked without any issues whatsoever. I purchased the license and received an email with license key within about four hours. MS Office was downloaded, installed and activated through the official Microsoft portal without any problems.
