Even from the start of our business we've been buying software from this company. They never let us down. I would highly recommend this company.

Usually this company is great. But there tech support is not the greatest. Tried to order a few products yesterday. Could not get it to work. Tried all browsers and two different computers. Finally gave up and asked for help. someone went on my computer to fix it. Did not work and lost him on the chat. I also phoned
with know help. Had no choice but to buy from a different company. This has been the Only problem, which might of been there system was down. Besides this, they are a very good company to buy from.
(only put this down to let the company know. They are a good company to buy from and I will continue to keep using them)

Keys are delivered very quickly. If you have any problem with a key the customer support is excellent.

I purchased both Windows and Microsoft Office from this company and in both cases ran in to a couple of glitches. They were most helpful in making sure my problems were solved. Pat (Windows) and Don (Microsoft Office) were very patient and took the time to understand my problems during our chat sessions. I would definitely purchase from Softwaremart again...and in fact it was my good experience with my Windows purchase that led me to use them to buy Microsoft Office in my attempt to keep my old and outdated computer feasible.

A never ending sale that keeps me on buying more software.

I ask via chat for additional discount for bulk order. I was told to send an email and after few hours I got response we're happy with the new price.

My MS Office expired on me after a month so I called. Turns out, it was caused by a trial version. Tim immediately made quick work of it and fixed it for me. Now everything is back to normal! Thanks again!

Only problem I had was that the email with the download link did not appear in 24 h and so I had to use the Chat contact to get it.

Also, the chat person just said the order was being processed and then broke the link, which left me hanging for a bit as I did not realize she had left the chat.

But otherwise everything was easy and great and would certainly use Software Mart in the future.

I saw the software much cheaper on other site. I chat and they immediately match the price plus 5% discount. I came back and order 3 more for my workstation.

The service email is fast. I emailed to help me install my newly purchased software within an hour an technical support called and remotely installed my software. The installation was made quick using Microsoft download central. I recommend this to all my friends.

I called for my software. The Customer support said I will receive a Free upgrade on my software. I finally received the software in my email. It installed perfectly and activated.

The software always sent to me quick and easy to download. I ask for another discount and lady immediately gave me coupon code.

I bought software years ago however computer crashed and had to reload my Office. I ordered new Office and ask if they can install the software for me. They gave me Microsoft download and got my software installed. Key is definitely valid and legit.
