The products and pricing are great - and will use them again but :
1) when they say "a few minutes" it means a quarter of an hour.
2) They drown you in emails. ONE simple email with details of what you ordered and the price, and ONE other with the download link and key would be more than adequate. IT TOOK FIFTEEN EMAILS TO GET MY PRODUCT !!! That is insane ....

Paul prematurely exited the online chat system without answering my last question. How rude. Exceptionally poor customer service. The purchase of the product was good and it was available for download within minutes after the purchase has been finalised.

I had some questions about a offered parallel desktop software. It was impossible to get a contact to PD but Anne could answer all my questions in a very friendly mannor.

All the staff when contacted were exremely helpful. I had an issue with being overcharged by Paypal however I contacted reboxsoftware and they arranged for me to only pay the correct amount. with regards to the software I had a littrle difficulty understanding how to install it. Carl Looked after me by allowing him to take over my pc and do all the necessary for me. Thanks team.

Everything was good except it didn't active on line and I had to call then the activation was done on the phone. But all in all I am happy and more :)

Chat service provided answers to all my questions. Product provided in less than 30 minutes after I payed my order.

Thanks Emir, I am still in a bit of a flap on questions that were at the back of my mind since talking to Emir. Service was excellent, understood every word, and where I didn’t he gave me the answer. The product was a bit difficult to install and set up but the support was excellent.

Service was fine once the support person, Ray, arrived. However until I went onto the support site and asked where the download was nothing was happening.

Pricing was great, but took a lot longer to receive my software keys than indicated on the website. Communication from Software Mart was not good when enquiring about the delay. Would purchase from them again, but maybe not if I needed something in a hurry.
