Solved my problem; answered my questions

I've had an issue with setting up Office for the mac. Truth be told the tech support is horrible. The price was great but I still can't use the product.

Purchased the wrong software and wanted to cancel. Did not download or activate so, it was easy. Customer service was quick and very helpful. Credit already being processed. I purchased the correct version and received an email including a detailed step-by-step pre-install and download instructions. Activated software directly with the developer website, it's legit. Good experience, I highly recommend.

I'm still not able to change the Display language

My computer had crashed, so I needed a new one. Unfortunately, I had lost a program that I love to use, and Softwaremart had the solution. Not only did it appear quickly in my "IN" box, but the whole program was installed and tested within 30 minutes. Thanks to everyone that helped through the process

I purchased a new computer and transferred my data from the old one. Microsoft Office, which I purchased had transferred, but needed to be activated which I did not know how to do. I contacted Softwaremart via chat and got Joe. He was great....walked me through everything and stayed with me while I made the reinstall. This is the third or fourth time I've contacted Softwaremart via chat and every experience was exceptional. I won't hesitate to purchase programs from them again when needed.

My pesky windows 7 decided it wasn't genuine anymore. Suddenly, my wallpaper became black with a non-genuine message at the bottom right with a "Build 7601" line and microsoft blocking my key. I contacted help support via chat and the help I received was extraordinary. Now my windows is genuine and stopped complaining, what a relief ! Thank you Bryan and thank you Software Keep !
