Quick Efficient and Resolved the Issue Immediately

I needed to confirm that the new version of Outlook would not conflict with my old version bundled into Office 2007. Joe in support chat confirmed that it would not be a problem and that proved to be correct. The download took a while, but installed correctly on 1st attempt using the simple instructions in the email containing the download link. Great!

Purchased But Needed Extra Help Installing. I recently purchased some software from this company. I had a trouble installing (my fault for not reading the directions carefully). It had to do with the license keys I already had on my computer and I didn't delete them properly.I spoke with Carl, who was very helpful and told me what to do (required a complete restart of the process-- downloading, deleting, and reinstalling). I'm generally pretty technical but I was still having some problems with the old license keys. Carl instead offered to share my computer and, within less than 10 minutes, he completed the whole process and signed off my screen. Everything was how is should have been and I was off and running. Can't say enough for Carl and his assistance.

I had a question about how to get new software for a new laptop that I did not have e-mail on and it was explained to me I had no problems following their instructions. When I purchased the software I had it in 11 minutes. I will buy from them again.

They had an advertisement on their website about getting 12% back on any order. Well, I purchased some software but I used PayPal to check out, never got the chance to use the code for the 12% back. I called the store and they were nice enough to give me the discount. Can't beat that.

Everything was great until I misspoke and said my OS was 10.17. The Mac OS does NOT go there, but Joe assured me that this software would work on my machine. It does not give me confidence about purchasing from your company.

One word: RELIABLE

I ordered MS Office Student and Business 2021 from GetMS office.com UK website, the process wasn't super clear to me, but online chat helped clarify details. Download worked fine and the supplied key worked fine. Price is not exceptionally cheap, but beats Microsoft site, and other cheaper sites are dubious. Trustpilot for getMSOffice has a good number of positive reviews, so that is why I bought here. I will post this on Trustpilot GetMSOffice site too :)
