I am so pleased with my purchase and the guidance from Daniel at Chat/the Zendesk installing the Office product. The email which arrived within 1/2 hour of making the purchase provided good instructions, but I hit a few rocks in the road. I was connected almost immediately through Chat everytime, and Daniel responded to my questions with courtesy and the path forward. Success! Many thanks.

I bought office 2019 from SoftwareKeep a year ago. It works perfectly. However I replaced my laptop and was having trouble reinstalling it on my new laptop. Jesus helped me reinstall office on a new laptop. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and stayed on the chat with me until I was completely finished.

I had a technical question about the software I purchased from them and they answered my question almost immediately through Chat.

I purchased Office outlook and had trouble trying to install as my email wasn’t working so I used there service messages and had a very quick response and guided through the process. I was impressed with their service back up and would buy off them again.

Anne was a absolute delight, helped me out on a Microsoft Office issue, quickly and professionally, can't fault the company, top marks from me.

They have been just outstanding, I messed something things up and they where right there asking what I had done and they fixed it right away.
This is the second time I purchased software from them and I would recommend them to anyone.

The session was ok. I did feel that when I asked Joe about getting a CD that he dropped the ball, not answering the question. THEN when I tried to get the answer, it seems that he was a little terse.
Having worked tech support in the past, I would have never answered like he did. Oh well, life goes on.

I appreciate that I could get thru to a real person. I have not yet downloaded the purchased software because first i have to get rid of the old Microsoft but first I think I have to update my old .doc to .docx.
Anyway Daniel and Jesus were very helpful in answering my many questions and concerns and advising if I was taking the right steps. Thank you.

Carl, Pavle and Paul are great they helped me find out what’s the problem in my computer.

I couldn’t find the email with my download key right away. Joe answered my request for assistance immediately and re-sent the email. Problem solved in less than Five minutes.

Initially consultant did not fix problem but the subsequent person Paul was fantastic. He went through whole problem and assisted and completed the whole install to a high standard.

Download key didn't come through on regular email account. Asked to provide another, I did and it worked. Go figure.

Very good service, support from Jesus was excellent and I am very pleased with the product.
