Cheap but reliable.

I've had a problem about seven months after the purchase and they solved it within 5 miinutes, on a sunday.

I've been a patron with Software Supply for over the year and was happy to upgrade my subscription. I've since emailed my query without response. Quite disappointing. Product is working well but customer service is none-existence.

As with all hi tech computer controls, processing and connections i faced a small glitch two days ago and dropped Software Supply a short non technical note. I was very pleased to see the problem resolved within 12 hours. Great to see such promptness. R
