Whatever you do please do not order anything from this company regardless of how much you think you're getting a bargain. 12 weeks in and still they won't replace my faulty chair, they sent the wrong back legs so we can't even sit on them because they are a safety hazard. firstly they said they would send the correct legs out but never received them, now it's complete silence they won't even reply to my emails.
well, they are for a shock if they think I will just go away quietly, I will be contacting a solicitor.

Please stay away from these Cowboys

Order placed in Dec with 5 days delivery, then delayed to Jan, then to Feb. Now won't answer any e mails. Having to raise a claim through paypal to try to reclaim money.
Don't deal with them.

Amazing service and I absolutely love my chairs. Great quality and really comfortable. I even ordered myself another chair from the same company. I would highly recommend.

Ordered two chairs start of August with Delivery start of September, did not arrive, and had to take dispute through my Credit card, took 13 emails with promises that items would be deliverrd in few days, and can you wait, and again emails back and forth items would be delivered shortly, and eventually arrived October, and one chair cushion zip damaged again took further emails and till November to send replacement.
I Will not be buying from Sogoo again, and others beware, if goods not arrived by stated date, you will be in for a long wait, and emailing weekly.

Very unhappy with misleading information on their website, delivery and poor customer service.

However, the footstool is an extra not included - despite being advertised as such. Very unhappy with the misleading title and price. It clearly states "with Footstool" in bold writing. It does not say "Footstool not included" OR "Footstool is an extra charge"

I was unable to trace the delivery and it turned up and my house and was dropped on the drive way. Had I not been at home I would never had noticed.

I queried the inaccurate information on the website and was told I needed to add the footstool and it's tough basically - again despite the fact it's advertised as a combo.

I would have bought a lot more from this company but following this experience I would not buy anything again.

Beautiful Chair and stool and exactly what we wanted.
Really happy with it and the staff kept us up to date with delivery to the Highlands.

Ordered item on 13th August 2020. Todate have not received the item which was to be delivered within 4-13 days.

I have written to them enquiring about my item delivery but todate have not received a reply.

Very unprofessional business ethics.

I will not be ordering from this company again.

Issues with delivery and item not arrived. They sent another one which arrived fine and I love it. The product itself is well made and just what I wanted. Communication and responses were good.

Selected the express delivery option so it should have been delivered within 13 days. After 13 days I had not even received confirmation my order was ready let alone receiving the product
