First of all, I have to say that I was very disappointed. I had the trouser leg length shortened. Even though I specifically wanted it to have invisible stitching, it was hand stitched and visible from the outside. I wanted to fix it again and they did machine sewing, but this time they damaged the fabric and unfortunately it is not possible for me to wear my new trousers like this. Unfortunately, the friend on duty was not helpful at all. The funny thing is that I spent half of the money I bought my trousers for, but this alteration turned out to be trousers that I will never wear. I am really sad. I never recommend it. Unfortunately, I cannot accept such a careless renovation and such an expensive service inside Selfridges. Unfortunately, the worse a trouser leg can be repaired, the worse it can be.

Wonderful service... left the suit on Saturday and it was ready for collection on Monday morning. Impeccable service.

Very happy with the service and the quality of the alteration. Inga did an amazing job. I had a skirt shortened and hemmed, the colour match of the thread was perfect and the stitching/hemming extremely neat and well done.

This is my second time using SOJO and I was not disappointed. They did an amazing job repairing the hem on some woollen trousers. Turnaround time was also excellent. I would highly recommend and plan to use again.

Had a couple of brand new jackets where the sleeves needed shortening, one from the cuff, and the other from the shoulder (due to buttons). Dropped them off at Selfridges, and received them in the post less than a week later. Great service!

I would have no problem in wholeheartedly recommending this company that has a concession within Selfridges on Oxford Street, London and in the Westfield Centres.

I should have returned the Damson Madder coat, but I really liked it. My local alteration shop said it was too difficult with being reversible. So I sent it to Sojo, as soon as they received, they gave me the options.
Although expensive the service was brilliant and the jacket has come back perfect. I would definitely use this service again.

Really quick service, was kept up to date of when my coat had been received with Sojo & when it was on its way back to me.

Very impressed. Had adjusted a brand new jacket, sides and sleeves. Measurements taken in Selfridges and Marius did a fabulous job on the garment. Would highly recommend service.

Really good filling of holes with solid material and unintrusively, I really had to search where the work had been done because it was so good. Really convenient to have it collected from our door and then shipped back. I had another pair of trousers go through on the day things got returned and I'll definitely be using them again!

There were a couple of hiccups on the way (minor things) but their customer service was SO GOOD that I always felt like I knew what was going on and I was in safe hands.

Great work from Westfield Stratford branch and Cally who fixed my jumper (or bought a new one and replaced, can’t tell as the fix is invisible)
Not the first brilliant fix either (just bring back pocket fixes!)

Was directed to SOJO to fix a Damson Madder coat and I wasn't entirely sure what I needed to list my return under, so emailed them for advice. They came back to me really quickly and were very helpful. Dropped the coat off at Selfridges with ease and it was returned to me, good as new, repaired by Anka. Really impressed with their customer service and general quality of repairs. Would happily recommend.
