I heard about SOJO through Beyond Nine and thoroughly rate them both for excellent customer service. I am amazed by the skill of my tailor- Ayle- and thank them for repairing four pairs of trousers. Vivienne Westwood was right when she said ‘Choose well, buy less, make it last’- I thanks these companies for allowing me to do that

I’m so pleased with the repairs and alterations I’ve had carried out… from superb invisible mending on moth holed sweaters to perfectly executed adjustments to dresses.

Also the staff I’ve dealt with in their Westfield outlet have been really helpful with their professional advice & guidance.

So impressed by the whole Sojo experience.. wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Really good experience with the Westfield White City SoJo. My tailor went the extra mile to ensure my trousers were the right length and size. She was very professional and explained everything very well. Defo recommend. 👌🏽

The skirt is tailored perfectly - to the point one would never know It had been tailored. It fits me unbelievably well now.

Thank you for taking up the pleated skirt, beautifully done. I wouldn’t know that it had been done, pleats in place.

Great service. It took longer than 7 days to repair my jacket however this was because a zip had to be ordered in. I was kept informed with timescales and was delighted with the results when I received my repaired item.

I had a difficult job significantly shortening suit sleeves with functional buttons, and was told by other tailors they couldn't do it. Sojo did such an amazing job, there is no way to tell the buttons were moved. This and trouser hemming were done in three days. Surprisingly affordable too.

Brilliant work by Sojo as usual. I've used their expert tailoring services before and will definitely use them again. Friendly, super professional and they always do amazing quality work. Special thanks to Serina (hope I've spelled that correctly) for her great work this time.

I had a very old suit that was in need of some love and it looks like Ayla has done a fantastic job! Lara on the front desk was amazing and super helpful.

I had 2 moth holes in the front of my favourite wool coat - which were quite prominent because the contrasting lining showed through.
I cannot believe how good the repair from sojo is, it’s some kind of sorcery. I have to squint to see it - and I can’t even see where they took the fabric from inside.
I also took a cashmere hoodie in with another two moth holes, in an awkward shade of off-white which I didn’t have much hope of them matching.
They were honest that it would be visible but exceeded my expectations in what they achieved.

Superb service! I dropped my jeans into Selfridges while on a quick trip to London, and Sojo posted them back to my home address in Bristol. I had them back within a week.

My Paul Smith suit trousers had some smallish holes (very discerning moths). I sent them to SOJO who fixed then expertly, so that they are almost invisible even if you know where they were. My trews were then sent back to me - the whole thing took 5 days. Highly recommended.

I needed a repair done on a pair of jeans but explained their turnaround time could be problematic. SoJo reassured me that they would endeavour to return my item sooner. They contacted me on a Sunday and pointed out another issue that i had not noticed with a photo which i agreed should be fixed.
Within 72hrs i had my jeans returned, 2 days ahead of schedule.

They were brilliant.
