Almost invisible darning of the elbows on one of my favourite sweaters. Big thank you to Ingia for her expertise and care.

Tailors did an exec job with all 3 pieces I submitted for altercation. The dress in particular involved extra steps and getting fitted in the store ensure not only that it was shortened but also expanded around the midsection which wasn’t easy given the differences in fabric. They found a close match and the completed the work seamlessly. Customer service team were very communicative and gave me options to ensure the garments were executed to my liking.

Faye invisibly mending a heavy cashmere cardigan. 2 big moth holes at the front were brilliantly repaired. Very quick service and I thought very reasonable given that I really couldn’t wear it before. Thank you. 🙏

Brilliant and quick service, for a very reasonable price! I sent off two pairs of jeans that had worn away at the middle (trustpilot won't let me write cr0tch), and had holes of varying sizes. Sojo's tailor repaired both and had them back to me within a week, all for 2/3 the price of one new (inexpensive) pair.

First time visiting SOJO in Stratford Westfield and had a really great experience. Customer service was friendly, professional and worked hard to get me the best price on my garments to be fixed. I was expecting a 7-day turnaround, possibly more due to Christmas, but my garments were ready just over 2 days later! Really pleased with the quality of the work done.

John did an excellent job on my clothes; complicated alterations that look great.

Ayle did a fab job tailoring my work trousers all 4 pairs fit perfectly!

I was recommended SOJO by a friend to fix the zip on my Holland & Cooper jacket. The job they did do looks good and so far works well.

Unfortunately it took longer than hoped as they couldn’t source the right colour zip for me so I was without a winter jacket for some weeks. Not ideal. Hence the 4 not 5 stars.

I will say their customer service were good and kept me informed at all times and constantly gave me options though, which I appreciated.

Sent in my Nanushka coat as recommended by the brand as the PVC was starting to tear, risking the coat to be redundant. Sent it in, it was done in a matter of days and have just received it - beautiful work I have to say! Looks good as new and will get a few more years out of it yet.

I had a pair of leather trousers in my wardrobe u worn for five years as they were too long and I could find a good tailor to shorten them. I stumble upon Sojo in the Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherds Bush and talk to a representative and decide to give them a go. They sent my trousers to the workshop for tailoring, got them back and I could t have been more happier. Jawad, the tailor who worked on my trousers did an AMAZING job. I wouldn’t have known they were shortened and the fit is absolutely perfect. I will definitely be using the services again.
