I've used SOJO since their early years and every single time I'm so happy with their work! I just had the waist of a pair of flowy trousers taken in, and I can't even see where they made the alteration--they're that good! Ayla did my alteration this time, and I can't say enough good things. Will always use SOJO over my much more expensive high street tailor!

Even working in the industry alongside them, I am constantly impressed by the talent here. I recently bought a gorgeous 1930s Savile Row vest that needed tailoring—a delicate task given the age of the cloth.

Nacho provided a flawless fitting experience, identifying exactly what needed to be done to preserve the silhouette. Curtis executed the alterations with incredible skill. The vest now fits perfectly and looks untouched. It is a privilege to wear their work. Highly recommended for anyone seeking true bespoke standards.

Service at Westfield Stratford was excellent. Communications were clear and service was provided as stated.
From a customer perspective please note, that the in person experience is more favourable than the online experience. There is fitting available at the Stratford location, but this is limited. Please also note that costs do very for different dress styles and if you want a fast service there is also an additional charge.

Jawad is the GOAT (Greatest of All Time) he did my stuff (2 trousers waist from 36in to 34.5in) in the same day and pick up next day.

It was due to me going to Paris later in the week and needed it done by Thursday but he did it with in 12 hours.

Great personalised service with attention to detail when measuring up for an alteration. I have had x3 pieces and they all look great, including quite a complicated alteration of jeans.

Sent in a Paul Smith multi stripe long sleeved polo which had a few holes in (presumably from moths) wasn’t expecting too much just hoped they could be disguised but wow I have to say I’m blown away by the attention to detail to match the yarn and deliver an almost perfect repair rendering garment fully wearable again - Inca was the tailor and all I can say is she is positively an expert - thank you so so much for saving a very expensive top which I’ll be able to continue to wear

Using Sojo was super easy. The lady at the Selfridge's counter pinned my outfits and helped me decide on the best length etc. She also showed me how my MaxMara coat (which I'd bought a size too big) could be made to fit my shoulders with a £40 alteration. It was an expensive coat and I was nervous about how it might turn out, but when everything arrived in the post just three days later, it was all perfect. My tailor (Ayla) had done such a professional job, you would never know the clothes had been altered. But everything fitted perfectly and all those little tweaks made the biggest difference. Sojo is my go-to for any pieces that need attention. Great service and excellent alterations!

Had a cr0tch repair done. Was fully expecting for just the hole to be repaired. The tailor added two fabric panels in the area and reinforced stitched them. Thank you Filiz for the amazing job. Hope the repair lasts me a while!

I've used SOJO at Selfridge's four times for alterations. Not all were straightforward, so it was great to have someone helping with measuring and an opinion. They were all perfect.

I've also used the embroidery service to customise an piece for an event, and it looks great.

Excellent re-lining of a much loved leather jacket. Plenty of interactions through Zoom to get my needs absolutely correct before starting any work. Polite, friendly customer relations. Would definitely recommend them.

This is the first time I’ve used Sojo and I was not disappointed. I sent one of my favourite dresses off as the faux leather neckline was delaminating and needed to be completely replaced. LANA did an amazing job and it literally looks like new! Easy service to manage and a swift turnaround-so thank you Lana-you’ve brightened up this wet Saturday for me 😊.

I was nervous about sending off brand new expensive jeans. Felt like taking a risk, what if it turns out badly. But very happy, you'd never know they'd been altered but fit so much better and still retaining the intended finish and silhouettes. Thanks Filiz
